Good, decently-priced hotel

Room service comes at 8am, which is terrible. The staff speak almost no English, which is difficult. But the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the price wasn't that bad. Location in town is decent, but it's a long way from the bus station, so you'll need a taxi, a bus that picks you up, or the ability to walk 4km.

Central hotel for a quick stay

The wifi worked well and the room was large and clean. The bathroom had the unenclosed shower, which is kind of annoying, because the floor gets all wet, but you can't expect perfection for the price. Overall a good stay.

We had a good stay, the road was quite large and well appointed with a large balcony. The bathroom was spacious with plenty of hot water from the shower and hot water in the sink. It had cable TV, Wi-Fi. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the staff was for a friendly and helpful. They speak very little English but my partner is Vietnamese so I had no problems. I think they speak enough English that any foreigner can communicate with them without too much difficulty. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone for a good price for what you get.
Restaurant Tip:
Make sure you visit one of the many coffee shops including the one in the hotel as you'll find the best coffee in Vietnam in the city.

Above and Beyond Service.

there is not much english spoken in pleiku full stop, but staff here went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. down to the map they drew to get us to a restaurant with a menu in english and the note for us to take to the bus station to make sure we got a ticket to the right place. when there was not someone at the front desk with english they dialled one in on a mobile. we gould stay here again. rooms were clean and roomy. no breakfast was included but there is a cafe next door or street vendors were our choice.

Đây là kỳ nghỉ đầu tiên của chúng tôi tại khách sạn này. Khách sạn sạch sẽ và sang trọng. Phòng ngủ thiết kế gọn gàng và đẹp mắt, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Giao thông thuận lợi . Đặc biệt là khách sạn được trang trí chủ yếu bằng gỗ nên cảm giác rất ấm cúng. Nhân viên luôn linh hoạt giải quyết các phát sinh và phàn nàn, và điểm cộng là đội ngũ nhân viên rất dễ thương, nhiệt tình và thân thiện chu đáo. Nhất định lần sau cũng sẽ ngủ lại khách sạn mỗi khi chúng tôi có dịp đến Pleiku.

Kỳ nghỉ ở Đức Long Hotel 1-Pleiku ngắn ngày nhưng rất thú vị. Khách sạn tuy nhỏ nhưng có vị trí thuân tiện mua sắm và tìm hiểu các đặc điểm của phố núi. Ở đây có thể đi bộ vài phút đên trung tâm mua sắm hoặc sử dụng các dich vụ ăn uống, cà phê hoặc giải trí về ban đêm của thành phố.
