A terrible resort I've ever stayed

Our family stayed there for 3 nights but it is so terrible about everything:
- Customer service of staff: unfriendly, not professional. They do not welcome us when we come. They are lack of smile and CS face.
- Room: had many mosquitoes and was dirty, especially dirty walls.
- Other services:
+ Massage: I've never seen so bad massage sevices anywhere. Massage room had a not working air conditioner (temperature was about 39 degree or more). Massage staff were impolite and required you for tip and tip more. They said that they were not paid by the manager. That is their business, not mine because I had paid for that service already. They laughed and talked a lot while working. It is not an environment for U to relax.
+ Swimming pool: because sea was wavy and I have a small child. Therefore, we had to use a swimming pool much. But how can we swim when a lot of eyes of coffee users around you glare at you all the time? and naughty children of the neighbouring residents (go there for swimming only) fought my child??
+ Breakfast: terrible about everything. CS was so bad, food was unchanged and poor. The 1st and 2nd morning, we appeared there at 7:30, food was till cold and not reheated. The 3rd day we had to go to the airport early at 6:30 (there is only 1 flight departing to Hanoi each day at 9:20 and the resort is 35 kms far away from the airport and the resort serve U breakfast from 6 a.m to 9 a.m), the staff seemed just to wake up. It was empty there, we waited for 45 minutes more to have some bread and eggs.
In general, I evaluate that this is only 2 star hotel or less than, not 4 star resort as I've paid for. Our family was too disappointed. This is our first journey this summer but really boring.

Quiet hotel in Quy Nhon

we were arrived early to the hotel around 11am and the hotel allowed us to check in right away. it may be the low season for travelers. the big is quite spacious with a balcony. we were stay in a garden view but there is not much of a garden to see. the sea wave sounded quite loud at night and if staying the sea view room, i think we may have difficult time to sleep. the breakfast is quite boring and not many people were eating. in general, quy nhon is a small nice city. there is no traffic and it is pretty relax.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a Dieu Tri Chicken Shop on the far end of the hotel. It has one of the best chicken I ever have.

Hotel under major renovation
Lovely big rooms right on the beach. Nice to have a stroll along the beach in the morning.

We would have had a lovely time here if it wasnt so dangerous for our children. There were big piles of wood full of rusty nails right on the pools edge. The front fence was down so people walking along the road outside could see right into our room.

Wonderful beach resort away from large crowds
Very nice resort, directly by the sea. Spacious and well equiped rooms, free WiFi and good restaurants, possibility to do some hiking nearby.

This is a very nice choice for a beach holiday, especially also with a family and children. It is good value for money. Staff was friendly, the hotel is well equiped, including free WiFi for those who occasionally need to get in touch with the office. Breakfast is rather simple, but we enjoyed the good choice for lunch and dinner in the two restaurants, with a wide choice of both European and Asian Dishes as well as beverages - all reasonably priced.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Nice walking area with forest and beach (Saigontourist) nearby.

eine gute auswahl an asiatischen und western speisen, sehr freundliches personal, die zimmer geräumig und funktional, zwei schöne swimming-pools, leider lagen aber ein paar kabel blank. der geruch vom abwasser war teilweise etwas unangenehm, kein babychair, der sevice am pool war nicht ganz so gut. die anlage ist großzügig und sehr gepflegt, leichter, direkter zugang zum schönen breiten strand

Kỳ nghỉ rất thú vị, khách sạn rất phù hợp nghỉ dưỡng, nghỉ trăng mật. Các món ăn rất ngon, phong phú đặc trưng của Bình Định như: hải sản tươi ngon và rẻ như: tôm hùm, cua Huỳnh Đế, cá, bún cá món gà Diêu chì nướng, chiên mắm ở ngay tại khách sạn cực kỳ ngon lạ. Đặc biệt ở đây món nào cũng được ướp ớt cực thơm. Cafe khỏi phải bàn rất ngon, sinh tố hoa quả ngon bổ rẻ. Tại khách sạn ăn sáng thực đơn hơi đơn điệu . Tuy nhiên nhìn chung tôi rất thoả mãn với kỳ nghỉ này
