i loved it so much i came back. draw cards are the 5star service, fabulous variety at breakfast which you can work off at the best hotel gym i've been too. views are breath taking particularly from the 28th floor bar, both day and night. loved how they had staff who would walk you across the road to go to the beach.

The room was nice, spacious and clean but other than that we would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff, though friendly, had poor English, and although this usually would not be a major issue it made life very difficult when it came to resolving many problems that we had. For example, our room key did not work and we ended up locked out of our room a few times. We were told it would be fixed but when we tried to enter our room we found it was still broken. When we reported this we were told to sit in reception and wait while they phoned an engineer to come fix it. After waiting for quite a while we complained that we needed to get into our rooms immediately as it was getting dark and the mosquitoes were starting to bite! They did not understand. We said we wanted another room with a working key, they did not understand. Eventually this issue was resolved, but when we got to our room we found there was no hot water. We rang down to complain, they did not understand!!! Things continued along these lines when it came to ordering food and drinks also, it was slightly exhausting.
As for the location, it was out of the main town and surrounded by construction sites, not much to do or see. We had booked for two nights but left after one. We did not ask for a refund for the unused night as we were sure they would "not understand" and life is too short! If you're thinking of booking, do yourself a favour and don't....

we stayed here for one night before taking the ferry to phu quoc island. the hotel room was okay a couple of water stains on the walls and decor looked quite dated. the bathroom finish was poor...plastering left on tiles and a bit of mould. sadly no hot water when we stayed either. we were early for breakfast as we needed to catch our ferry however that wasn't a problem for them, breakfast was standard we ordered scrambled eggs and sausages, the bread we were given was gorgeous though so fresh. :) however there were a couple of pesky ants on the table. all in all it was do-able when catching the ferry but all credit to the staff they are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces!

Overall value for money, rooms comfortable size and clean however some finishes on the room could have had more attention to detail (plumbing not that great however in our particular room everything seemed to function), wardrobe had wet rot but there was other space to place closing items etc. Pool was good (however on one day in the afternoon they decided to drain it and not notify guests), gym equipment not that great but useable however if you exercise early before breakfast there is no air conditioning. Buffet was average and seemed clean. This hotel is value for money and the staff spoke some English.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
We were here to visit family and did not spot many other tourists.

Rooms large, no hot water some rooms even after advising staff. Hotel should not recommend massage services in adjoining buliding. Very poor massage, offered "extra" services to male clients and badgered clients for a tip.

The hotel seemed empty on our one night stay we didn't see one other tourist. Room was great with a good view. Pool was nice on the roof and food wasn't too bad. Bit of communication breakdowns at times but service was good.
