best hotel in the city, its mountain chalet
Internet paid, rates slightly on estimated, the small room
the absence of view of the mountains
best hotel in the city, with a beautiful decoration. You feel like a mountain chalet. They feel great. The pool and spa is quite a success.
the restaurant is not evil, against a breakfast is the least interesting of all Vietnamese hotels in the chain Victoria.
This is their most expensive hotel and yet this is not the most interesting.
The Internet is paying, the rooms are rather small, the bathrooms are not beautiful, the hotel does not have the best location overlooking the mountains.
cocktails are not very good ...

Beautiful setting and nicely decorated rooms
Have to hike up hill to get to hotel from town!Couldn't get early check-in so had to wander around in town for four hours after all-night train trip.
The Victoria Hotel in Sapa is a lovely place to stay in Sapa. The staff are friendly and the surroundings are fantastic. Enormous swimming pool and sauna great way to relax after day of hiking. Food at restaurant also delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others who are looking for a more luxurious sapa experience.

I do not recommend the hotel. Go by train, not with the Victoria but with the Deluxe local. Stay 1 day for trekking, have dinner in Victoria hotel. But do not stay!
