Very bad service, avoid this resort !
Nice location but badly managed.

We were 3 couples and we had booked for 3 bungalow rooms. When we arrived, we discovered they only had single beds. They did offer an option to change to double beds rooms ... for 3 times the price we had paid! According to the receptionist, not only we were wrong, but they also spoke very badly with us and insulted us.
Second disappointment: the location is nice but it is really huge and you can only move around with a golf cart as they don't offer bicycles. The problem is that there is only one driver for the whole complex and that means quite a lot of waiting time to move around.
And it is even worse after dark. When we asked the driver to take us to the minimart of the resort, he said it was not his job and dropped us in the middle of nowhere only to come back after 30 minutes waiting time to finally bring us to our destination ! But of course, not without a couple of insults as it seems to be the habit of the staff at that place.
Rooms are basic, food is quite bad and in addition of being rude they are also very slow. Avoid this place !
Travel tip:
Simply avoid this place if you don't want to be insulted and treated like cattle. There are far better options close-by.

Beautiful but VERY remote setting

Don't come here unless you are aware of how remote it is . You need your own transport , scooter or car because the hotel provides NO outside transport of any kind . They will not arrange for scooter hire and a taxi starts at around VND400000 minimum .
How they expect patrons to access the nearby tourist trap of the hot springs which is also owned by them is a problem the pleasant but somewhat disingenuous manager was not interested in .
Luckily we managed to arrange our own scooter hire so were able to escape at the end of our stay !
Be aware that the otherwise beautiful white beach is now ruined by the looming presence of a large multi-storey MGM casino resort .
However the staff are sweet , but undertrained , and the accomadation and food was fine and acceptably priced .
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Unless your a complete hot springs devotee I wouldn't bother with the Disney like 'attraction' .

Nice hotel - very Vietnamese style

nice resort in a nice location, however very vietnamese family focused. i was there in a typhoon so it was a strange experience but the staff where great at making sure i was safe.

the resort and the room facility are really good, however, the beach is dirty and seems not to be cleaned up, therefore, it is not comfortable to enjoy the sea.
the restaurant is ok, but the food is a bit expensive, staffs are ok, but the fee for service at the room is so high 30% over the price if served at the restaurant is unreasonable.
Restaurant Tip:
Should try this resort that is wonderful view

Hôtel coupé du monde si bien que ce vaste domaine est vide nous avions l'impression de séjourner ds une ville fantôme. Le resto est ouvert 1h le soir faut pas se louper car rien aux alentours.
Petit dej très moyen.

市内から2時半の穴場ビーチが眼前に広がる。
当然、エメラルドグリーンじゃないが、ムイネーより非常にきれい。
人の少ない手付かずのビーチ、そういうビーチが好きな人に大変お奨め。
ブンタウ中心地とはまったく別方向にある。
住所は55号線だが、そこから海側に６ｋｍ入っていくので、
看板か人を頼りにこのホテルを探してください。
このビーチと大きな２つのプールだけで40USD以上の価値がある。
