Relaxing resort at seaside

quaint resort, perfect for families with small kids. the staff was extremely child friendly, there was always someone playing with our three year old. we enjoyed their private beach, which was, far from being the most beautiful one, pretty clean, and most of the time we were the only ones there. an amazing bonus point was the little playground for kids by the beach, our son loved it. note that in addition to their beach and restaurant, there are no other services nearby. the helpful staff will book a car for you, should you want to visit other areas.

Quite an out of the way resort, but worth the trip. The resort itself was fine - mid-range, but the people totally made the stay. They were so kind and welcoming, especially to the children who they even brought little gifts for. Only a couple of people spoke English, so some things were tricky to get. Worth having a phrase book or a few essential words such as "drinking water"! But if you are happy to let the owner recommend food etc, you will have a great meal. There was a small swimming pool not mentioned on Agoda, but good for kids.
The little boat across to the beach was fun. Lovely beach set up, but lots of sandflies.
Only downsides were: little English spoken, hard beds.

Very relaxing, private beach is perfect,staffs very helpful and the owner is amazingly friendly and cool

Best for those who want a real relaxing holidays.the beach is a lot cleaner than Vung Tau or even Phu Quoc.Staffs always approachable and helpful.The owner is very friendly,we had great talk all the time and occasionally being offered free dishes,in which the spring rolls and their signature rice cake w fried eggs are absolutely unforgettable.
Travel tip:
If u want more adventure,ask for bike hiring and go to Ho Tram or even Binh Chau.being at Ho Tram at about 10-11am, just pass the MGM resort by abt 500m,take the right turn and you will see loads fishing boats coming back you can by cheap,fresh seafood directly from fishers..u can ask the nearby restaurant for a hotpot which costs only vnd200 and put ask much seafood in as you want.
Only one cons is that the night life is a bit boring, no shop/bar or whatsoaver around.however,i highly recommend early bed time so that you can get up early to see the sunrise on the beach in the next morning.it worths it
Easy to get there,go to Phuong Trang coach agent in De Tham street,dist 1 for coaches to Ba Ria city.they have the transit car to take you around within 10km from the station in ba ria.however you can pay the driver extra for drop you at the resort's door.you can also contact the resort beforehand so that they will pick you up by motorbike at the price of vnd40-50k
