This hotel can be a bit noisy as there are a lot of vehicles honking horns at all times of the day and night. The food is good and the staff are very helpful.

i normally use this hotel when i stay in vung tau and so far it s the best in terms of value for money. it has a good restaurant with good food, both vietnamese and international.
the rooms are clean and reasonably well kept, i just wish they had better lighting for working at night. not much in the way of soundproofing so the street noise can keep you awake at night.

Nice hotel, plenty of space but you can get a bit of road noise 24 hours per day. No problem if you are a sound sleeper.

Easy stay with no problems noted. The food was great with a professional attidude to chek-in and service shown by all staff. The hotel was quiet and the room of a decent size.

Palace Hotel is located at the central, within walking distant to all the attractions. The rooms are clean, the staff are all very nice and polite.

this is not the first time i stayed at this hotel. the guest room standard was not as good as my last stay a couple months ago.
