Big bed, nice bathroom and warm staff

It was ok, spacious and clean room, big bed, big bathroom. Everything is working :) we have our 4 month baby with us and they offered us a cot we decline respectfully since we have a big bed already. The staff are warm, when we arrived the room is not ready. They kept on updating us and the staff was very fond of my child which made me happier. They have a free tour also which was a relief for us. I was just a bit disappointed because the pool have no shallow part to play with our baby and its a bit far from main road. But overall our stay was very pleasant.

Location, big room, decent gym.

Wifi is terrible. Rooms are ok. Water pressure is really bad. Staff English really poor. Location is great, close to BTS etc. I have stayed in many hotels in Bangkok, I would say this is JUST a 3.5 star hotel.

My stay at aspen suites

The food was good, not mass produced like most hotels. Service was generally prompt and good. The room size was great for my family of 5.

Overall not too bad. What was not good was that the bathroom was not cleaned properly and some maintaining is needed. The area around the sink in the toilet was not cleaned during the 8 days stay. We were also not provided with hand towels for 2 days. The hair dryer was not working and while the technician was fixing it, we had a blackout. The hair dryer holder came off after a day it was fixed as the screw attaching it to the wall was loose. There was no aircon in the small gym.

Good stay, and great value. We got an executive suite for about 6500 thb. Agree with other reviews that some areas (grouting in the bathroom for example)need refreshing, but overall it was clean and in good order. Would stay again.

SOI 2 STAY

The stay was fine for the price paid, but there are several negatives to report. 1. The bathroom needs a better drainage system as water from the shower tends to collect on the floor and stay there in large amounts. This could be corrected if they were able to contain the water to the bathtub while taking a shower. 2. They really need to hire more Maids as rooms are sometimes not serviced until very late in the afternoon. This means not being able to take a nap or shower in the day time. 3. The gym is very small and really only good for one person at a time if they want to exercise with the weights. The other equipment is getting old and needs replacement. 4. The Tuk Tuk service does not run around the clock like it should which means you might need to seek other transportation from Sukhumvit Road to the hotel. The Tuk Tuk Shuttle only goes to Sukhumvit when they have passengers from the hotel. They should be going back and forth every 20 or 30 minutes, but do not. Most times you will need to pay a taxi or motorbike to bring you back to the hotel. 5. The furnishings in the room are getting old and worn out. 6. The restaurant needs improvement in the food, which is not very good. 7. The hallways for the non smoking rooms smell badly of cigarette smoke.

Boutique Class Hotel with good service.

Staff efficiency, good food by hotel standard, quite close to the main Sukhumvit Road

Pleasant stay with generally efficient staff except for the day that I was leaving when I arranged with the reception to book a taxi for the next morning. Taxi did not arrive and morning reception says booking not no record.. However, the morning staff rectified the situation quickly enough. Only other issue is that I was put into a smoker's room. Although it was the king sized bed that was requested, I still walk into the stale cigarette smell. Surprise was that the hotel restaurant ala'cart food was quite good.

Fair Hotel Experience

Sufficient place in room, Location is fair nearby BTS station

Actually the lift is quite small which can capable to bring 3 - 4 people once. And the location is not convenient for travelers. Moreover, the breakfast is bad and not tasty. No teeth brush provided is bad experience.
