Bad service, not worth it.

Nice and neat rooms, location, kitchenette
Comfy bed, clean bathroom, nice location and has kitchenette. But has too many rules and will implement fees for almost anything. Better to book a bit higher priced hotel with great service since you'll probably pay the same amount at astoria with all the fees. P.S. Pool is small and crowded.

Never Again

The good thing was the location.
It was a nightmare. Upon checking in, we started unpacking and running the bath only to find out that the tub didn't have a pop-up/stopper and the water was draining out. Housekeeping came and tried to fix it, but after about 15min asked if we would be satisfied with not having the tub and use the shower instead. The living room tv had its own set of problems too. The guy requested Front Desk to move us to another room. So we did. The whole process took sometime as they had to find us a room and we had to pack up again. We finally moved, unpacked and ran the tub by 11pm. By midnight we didn't have hot water. We told housekeeping in the morning about the hot water, and the tv in the master's & living room. By that evening we still didn't have hot water. At midnight, the guy from engineering (who presses the doorbell multiple times till we open the door) told us that he doesn't know what the problem is yet. He gave us options though: he'll fix it and be done by 3-4am or another guy will come by 6:30am. What splendid service from a 4star hotel! Upon checking out, there was no mention nor apology form the front desk till I asked if they knew what happened. She said they knew and sorry, and if I can fill up the survey form it would help them! Was that fair?
