The hotel often untidy and staff need to courses in the art of dealing either hotel reception and there is something said to him by the good.

Sorry no issues. Stay was good and no complaints.very hospitable staff always interested to check on your needs and above all all speak English and hence no communication problems at all. hence in all it was moneys worth for the stay. Front Desk was with very well and trained staff to guide a new comer about various places to visit and transport amenities etc and also guide to dine in various eating places.Good in all respects.............

Overnight hotel in Casablanca

nice lobby with small restaurant to do email
one of the cheaper options for an overnight in casablanca. was just ok--the aircon didn't work in our room, so we sweated all night--they said all the rooms were full so they couldn't move us. when a serviceman did come--he said we had turned the dial wrong which was not true. we were not impressed with their service, and they tried to rip us off with an expensive sightseeing option of the city. we just took a taxi to the big mall and had our own sightseeing experience.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: The big Morocco mall on the cornish by the beach is a nice one night event--signts and culture of Morocco all under one roof. Nice dining options and laser show at night

Nice hotel with specific atmosphere

i was there on a 1 night stop over whilst travelling around morocco. this hotel was rated as a 3 star and is the best at casa you stay in the luxury tented accommodation called longitude. the hotel looked interesting as it was kinda in the middle of now where but had all the luxury anyone could want including an , two restaurants, two bars and the food was excellent! there were sails above the garden. i enjoyed this hotel as it was in such an environment that i had never seen before (outback) and our room had a fantastic view of bank

Average/adequate Hotel

Central Location, good security
an average hotel that needs to be freshened up, some of the staff are excellent, some need to be replaced. needs maintenance to bring it up to the standard it purports to be. feels tired and run down. some of the staff have clearly been there too long & think the guests are there for the convenience of the staff, then again some of the front desk & restaurant staff are excellent. the buffet breakfast at is very over priced.

the hotel is located centrally to various medinas and the great mosque, the third largest mosque in the world. the mosque has the largest minoret in the world and it is breaath takingly beautiful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Must see Mohammed (V) Mosque.

Strictly business

5 minute walk to the US Consulate
An easy 5 minute walk to US Consulate. Small lobby can be smoky at times. Breakfast has fruits and vegetables besides the usual boiled eggs and bread. Dinner selection is limited and expensive. A double bed is real, not 2 single beds placed side-to-side. Air conditioner works, blows cold air, unlike other 4 star hotels in Morocco. Very few decent restaurants nearby. 25 Dirhams to Casa Voyageur Train Station.
