You get what you paid for

The 3 best things I love about this hotel were the size of the room, city view and the comfortable beddings.
Overall the stay was great. You pay for a certain price and you get what you need. If there is something to be improved, then most likely is the bathroom. I liked the bathtub and all that, what I'm pertaining to is the toilet. You flush it and the water is brown-like. The fridge is noisy. It's hard to get a sleep. And maybe a little impovement on the menu for the buffet. That's all. But overall, it is nice stay.

Needs imrovement

Its worth the price, location is good near Manila Makati and Pasay, Not very crowded with people
The CR door was broken. Airconditoning is weak, The breakfast buffet is not worth it and lacks parking, inaccessible drop off

Close to Airport, good value for money

Close to airport, staff, View
There was renovation works when we were there, but this really didn't effect us nor did we have any building noise. Located close to the airport, and could even see planes taking off and landing from our room. The rooms are a bit old, and our air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. Rooms are big and include breakfast. Staff are friendly. Some reviews complained of noise around the hotel, but the only think we could hear was the trains going past, but they weren't really that loud or a bother.

1 Night was more than enough
Stayed at the Atrium for one night only, had planned to stay for up to 5. Checked in right the 2 PM check in time and the room still was not ready. Finally made it to the room only to be greeted by a god awful smell coming from the bathroom...think raw sewage. We were coming from Boracay and had left the island very early and were in need of a quick nap, not possible with all the construction going on on the floor below. Tried to call the front desk but the phone was not working so I went back down only to be told no other rooms were available ?? I was advised that the phone would be fixed in an hour or so but in the mean time I was given a slip of paper with instructions on how to text the front desk for anything we needed. After wasting 2 hours trying to get a nap in we decided to try some room service as it was raining out and we just wanted to relax. I pulled out the piece of paper given to me on how to contact the front desk. Put together a room service order and texted it off to god knows where..... 1.5 hours later we were done with guessing about our food, we got dressed and decided to head out for some dinner. We stopped at the front desk to inform them we were leaving and would not need the missing order and I just got the blankest look possible from the girl at the desk. I asked for additional towels and a pillow and was assured they would be delivered to the room. We returned almost 3 hours later to find a note from room service saying they tried to deliver our food and NO towels or pillow......back down to the front desk... new girl there now, she advised me that I would have to pay for the food they tried to deliver. Long story short... I would not recommend this place to anyone... sketchy neighborhood also... all in all a 1.5 star hotel at best

Price, clean, lovely rooms excellent value
Overall pleasant. But I want the whole building cooled by air conditioning. Every time I left my room I got sweaty before I got to the ground floor Since I was meeting my new PH family and my fiancée I was able to afford three rooms to accommodate everyone. My new family loved everything. I have a speech impediment so the staff could never understand my frequent room service food orders. The man delivering our meal always had to go back for salt pepper or Tabasco or an element missing from our meals. Usually he took so long that we had cold food when he returned. So give the girls at the front desk more English classes. Please know the girls are delightful and have good English skills, but for me with a speech impediment they could never understand my whole food orders over the telephone. Yes I will stay at atrium again because I like atrium the staff are adorable, the food is delicious, well the American food is great. I have yet to acquire a taste for Filipino foods. Yes I will come again Yes I felt very welcome at atrium. Yes I felt very safe at atrium. Thank you atrium for helping me make my new family happy so I could get engaged in my room 2106 with her entire family in attendance Your loyal customer paul
