Budget Hotel in the middle of the city
Clean toilets
Although there's no lifts, staying on the 4th floor was okay. The weather in Hanoi was cold but the hotel kept us warm with free water, wifi, television and warm water for bathing.

well located hotel
location
The hotel is in the heart of touristic district. It was very easy to go to most of attractions by walking. 100m from the Hoan Kiem Lac and puppet Theather. Here you also have plenty of choices for Cafes and restaurants I really enjoyed the balcony of my room where I could observe Hanoi street life.

Nice Hotel in the Center of Hanoi
very central ,very clean, good service, close to the Old Town, Hoan Kiem Lake
The Hotel is situated in the central area of Hanoi. It's perfect for people who want to stay at the Old Town area and the whole Hoan Kiem lake district. You just walk out the door and are directly on the lively streets of Hanoi's Old Town. The prices are really fair and the rooms are very clean. Bathrooms are good (hot water) and of course airconditioning and TV are included. If interested you can book tours (sappa, halong bay) directly at the hotel- there are tours in different price categories (from about $). It was a nice stay!

close to shopping area and interesting places
If you go there with friend who loves travelling in the downtown and in atmosphere such a big city with alot of people at night, i would recommend you to choose this hotel , close to shopping center and famous places althrough the room is quite small , no lift and the air condition is not in a good condition. It's a family business hotel for backpack tourist.

Great location - near to the Lake
Like a small little boutique hotel
The hotel is clean and tidy. I like it because it just like a small little boutique hotel (due to the wall paper in the room). But it do not have lift. So it is not suitable for elderly. Although the staffs can not really speak English but the service is still good. We departed from the hotel at 6am. The day before, they had prpeared a simple breakfast for us to have it before we departed.
