Parking problem
Reached there and wanted to park my car with the jockey but he claimed that parking full when there's clearly still parking space. I argued with him and the security guard and in the end they let me park. So I have to park myself and still pay rm20 to the jockey when they did nothing. Then when I left the next day, I asked the jockey to retrieve my car but instead of that, they ask me to retrieve myself. I really don't see the logic in having a jockey in the first place. Terrible service. Resort quite run down compared to the price you're paying. Celebrated my gf birthday at perahu, I would like to give a shout out to Ida, the waitress for making the effort to sing a birthday song to my gf. Thank you, Ida. On a side note, a lot of china mainland Chinese tourist, quite noisy. And I caught a Chinese guy peeping at my gf, shouted at him and he run off. Overall, wouldn't go there anymore! Overpriced with lousy facilities

Bad experience ... dirty room ... food was bad
Guest parking was too far away. Super ridiculous to have to pay RM20 to park within the resort's compound. Check in was slow. Booked a superior room and when we got to the room it was filthy; lizard droppings all over the mosquito netting, dust and some kind of black debri all over the bed, floors were dusty. Worst of all the air conditioning was not working properly (even when we changed rooms). Took house keeping too long to come and clean up the room * we waited for almost an hour). Had to walk all the way to the lobby (we called for a buggy but was informed that we had to wait 20 mins for one to arrive) By the time we got transferred to another room it was already close to 5 pm. Paid extra to get buffet breakfast, not worth the extra 70+ bucks, food was really disappointing; salad leaves were soggy and wilted, pastry station was covered with flies, took forever for us to get some coffee/tea the list goes on. This was such a disappointment.

Weekend Break
The staff were very helpful. The chalet was comfortable with a beautiful view. I was rather disappointed with the breakfast spread. The Malaysian food on the first day was nasi dagang, sambal and chicken curry. The second morning was pulut kuning, sambal and chicken curry (not suitable). F&B should consider Chinese fried rice or nasi lemak too for variety. We enjoyed our dinners at Sepoi Sepoi and Perahu.

I though 3pm is the standard time to check in, but I wait until 4pm and the room is still not ready. And the reception service is really slow

Disappointing Holiday
Unexpecting and disappointing abt the cleanliness, esp the toilet bowl cover, sticky floor, dusty and etc. Sorry to say that this can be rated as 6 star resort's rate with 2 star or even lower's cleanliness.... Last but not least, sorry to inform abt the weird complimentary snacks which were too hard to enjoy.. Thanks
