comfort apartment in central area

walk distance to Termini Station and Colloseum area, very comfort apartment room, easy access for food and public transport
The only bad thing was I have to wait (around 30min) the owner to give me key when I arrive there.need to call the owner, due to no receptionist there But its worth the stay, I just 5min walk from Termini Station and then walk 10min to Colosseum you can use Metro if needed,it just in front of the apartment

near to central station

Near to central station. A metro station was found just next to it. Walking distance within tourist attraction but have to take a metro if headed for vatican city. The boss is a approachable and friendly person.

Good place to stay

Location, price, comfort
It was pleasant. Take the metro for one stop if walking is an issue. However, be PREPARED beforehand to know where the main door is to the guesthouse. It is a big wooden door to look out for (google the place and images). Location was good as it was right beside the metro entrance. However it should be quite shady to walk around the area at night. The breakfast at first I thought was the packed croissant and coffee they provide everyday but MAKE SURE to go to their kitchen as there are more selection of bread and cake in there (I only found out on my check out). Also, the staff Domenico was friendly. The room was very clean and someone would clean up the room everyday. The only issue is that the set of keys that was required to be carried around was quite troublesome as it was fairly big. But all in all, I would highly recommend this place, and would return to stay again if I were to go back to Rome.

budget hotel. Nice. Dont have big expectation

Location. Value for Money. Clean room. Adequate room size
The good: Central location. Near to Rome attractions. Near to train/bus stations.(1 Metro station just beside the hotel) Cheap, value for money. Clean rooms, sized enough. The bad: Difficult to find hotel. Its on one floor of a building, no boards/banners. have to ask people around to find the small name sign on a door board. Staff service unfriendly, could be better Breakfast is coffee from the machine, packed croissants, to be eaten in room.(no cafe/restaurants) a bag full of keys(building Main door, elevator door, hotel door and room door) Close to main road, so noisy all night long. u have to pay tax upon arrival(2Euro per person per night)( 4 ppl 3 nights cost Euro24) I wouldn't say too bad, but worth the money.

Good experience

Location, affordable price, free wifi
it was good. the staff was helpful specially Dominico. The location was great as it was close to central station and near the colosseo. There was a conveniece store downstairs and there were a lot of restaurants around the area.

Good option for a cheap stay and good location.

Location to Termini, small size - personalised service, walking distance to everywhere
The accommodation is perfectly located and easy to find, walking distance from Termini with luggage. It is actually walking distance to everywhere (as most things are in central Rome!). Rooms, bathrooms and linen were clean. Great value as I paid about AUD$50 per night. Windows are double-glazed so great to shut out the street noise. At the owner's request I had to change rooms after my first night which was not really any trouble but I did have to pack all of my things to swap rooms. The breakfast was NOT good - consisted of a packet croissant delivered to the room during the cleaning during the day, and coffee. I don't like coffee or packet croissants - but there was a great café about 200m down the street (opposite Santa Maria Basilica) which had lovely patries and paninis, so I ended up going there for breakfast and eating on the steps of the fountain which was a much lovelier way to start the day anyway.
