Value for money

moderate room, comfortable bed, great location
8.3
Great location, easy access to public transport, room is big and comfortable with moderate design. It is almost perfect if the toilet is bigger. It is so small that you have to go in and out 'straight'. The toiletries including towels has to place outside either. Wifi connection is very good. They do not have 24 hours reception and so you have to advance your arrival time.

Relaxing Airy Room

Pleasant room, close to the train and nice terrace to relax after a day exploring.

The double room has it's own terrace which was great to sit and relax on after our days of seeing the sites. The room was clean and airy and large for European hotel rooms. There is a coffee machine for guests to use as well as crockery. Staff were always helpful. Would stay here again if in Rome.

Excellent value close the national train station.

Value for money, location and terrace.

Our stay at Roman Terrace was great, we got an amazing deal through Agoda and we were upgraded to the room with a terrace. The room was amazing value for money. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and from there another 10 minutes to the other sites of Rome. As a young couple we don't mind walking, it gave us a great chance to explore the city, which is a good thing as the underground leaves something to be desired and at Christmas people who weren't walking didn't get anywhere fast. The only negative was the staff, I usually don't mention staff performance as it is very subjective, but the guy who greeted us didn't so with great reluctance. He seemed physically pained to check us in and answer any questions. Apparently there are four hotels operating with the same agent or owner, so make sure you get the hotel name and location correct.

Good location

The hotel is centrally located, very near the train station. Just keep left when you got out of the train station. It is about 2-3 minutes walk.

Close to public transport and major attractions

Modern facilities and close to public transport

The room was spacious with high ceilings and big windows. It's very close to the Termini station and it has some nice restaurants nearby. Unfortunately it's very noisy at night and didn't provide any breakfast.

Only some problems about the hot water supply for shower at the 1st night; but then ok
Restaurant Tip: Restaurants nearby are expensive and not tasty.

Fantastic location

Close to railway station

Fantastic location, 75 meters to Roma Termini so were able to catch train to and from port (Civitavecchia) to join cruise. Hop on hop off bus route also in this area and airport bus or train to airport. Room newly refurbished and very clean, however problem with split system a/c noise. Manager very helpful, also printed vatican tickets for us and provided a lot of information. Free wifi a bonus but no breakfast however considering great location, price and many eateries close by not a problem.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Avoid green line hop on hop off bus; we queued for approx. 40 mins in sweltering heat, no shade while other buses seemed to depart much more quickly. BEWARE of mugging, our friends had a mugging attempt made on them on way to colosseum, if a group of people start crowding around and making lots of noise be careful.

Very kind receptionist

bedroom is clean and spacious enough. This hotel has a small kitchen for boiling water. Wifi connection is very good in our room. One more thing that I like about this hotel is people in reception. They are very kind. They explained us about any transportation lines and tourism objects. This hotel also has a storage room, we can leave our big luggage here for one week without charge.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: colloseum roma by walking
