Nice hotel just within reach
Tourist friendly location
hotel is conveniently located near shopping area. good and delicious local food and best restaurants is about 15 minutes walk. when you plan to take the bus or train, its just within a few minutes walk. accessibility to transportation to and from airport is readily available.

This hotel is luxury and comfort combined. The rooms were spacious, clean and bright. The servIce was very good. Staff courteous and helpful. The restaurants were fabulous and the bakery is out of this world. Their grounds are perfectly manicured and the best in the city.

Lovely hotel but small room
Overall, the location of hotel is just nearby everything I need but somehow the room size is too small yet with not so reasonable price. There are no other option in staying tst with lower price then it would be good choice for those budget travelers.

excellent location with reliable service
location, location, location
i've stayed at bp international before. last time i was there was one year ago. i was upgraded to a larger room with a nice view, with complimentary bottled water, and newspaper. this most recent stay, they did not upgrade my room, probably due to being peak season, and no complimentary bottled water, but still had newspaper delivered to my room. overall, this hotel has consistent service, friendly staff, and free internet access on the 2nd floor, next to the bar lounge. public airport bus is right down on nathan road in front of park lane, which was very convenient. bp international will definately be my first choice in hotel stay, but i would pick a less busy time to visit hk next time i go again when the hotel rate is less expensive.

Great location but small rooms
location, location, location.. the hotel is a walking distance from the ferry terminal and the shops in Canton road.. if you're hungry, there is a good cafe across the street and 711.. last minute buys can be made in G200, Bossini and Giordano just around the corner on Nathan road.. if you need some time to relax, you can do it alongside nature in Kowloon park just beside the hotel..
i've stayed in the hotel 3 times already and it has always been generally good in comparison to other hotels i've been to in tsim sha tsui. the only comment i have is service. the hotel could benefit from friendlier and approachable staff. we forgot to bring our converters and requested one, it took them a long time to send one to the room and when they did, it was the wrong one. so, we had to wait till end of the day to get the right one despite follow ups to the front desk and housekeeping.

Some staff at counter does not smile at all
Walking distance to MTR and Kowloon Garden
The hotel does not provide transport to Hong Kong International Airport directly, they only provide K4 bus outside hotel to Kowloon Station. If you need direct transport to Hong Kong International Airport Hotel given welcome coupon for a cup of drink but with limited timming.

It's Time to Try A Better Hotel
This was our 5th time to book at BP. Unfortunately we believe that the service has deteriorated. We booked three rooms and only one was available at the check-in time (2pm). Having pre-paid our rooms months in advance the least we expected was a delay in the check-in. In fairness to the hotel I suppose that they did not want to give us a filthy room so they opted to make us wait. The trouble was the way the front desk staff handled the situation. When asked about the status of the rooms, the staff named Fiona, curtly and very rudely replied " it is not available, you wait over there", gesturing for us to move away from the front desk and to just wait standing at the lobby. No apologies, and no explanation just a rude order to get away from the desk. The hotel staff used to be polite and accommodating, now we don't know what has happened to BP. The smiles and warmth of BP is gone. Obviously BP shows that they do not value loyal customers. On our next visit to Hong Kong we will try a different hotel.

Good Location
near park with great playground, places to eat, near harbour city mall
i'm glad we booked at bp international hotel! it has small rooms but not too small, a family of three (with a small child) can comfortably stay in the room. our room on the 22nd floor had a great view or the harbour. we could watch the lights and sounds show but with no music. the rooms and bathrooms were clean. travelled with a 2 year old so i expect my room and bathroom to be clean and sanitary. everything is of walking distance: the park and playground, the malls, nathan road, austin and jordan station.

Nice hotel, good location
A lot of nearby places to eat - at a good price
the hotel was nice, rooms a bit small but that's just how hong kong is. most of the rooms are smoking rooms so our room smelt like smoke. they came up and sprayed an air freshener in the room which helped. tip: ask for a non smoking room. the staff were friendly and helpful. there is a nice sports complex / park right behind the hotel which is nice to visit. good restaurants right near by. only allowed one person on the internet per room though.
