Good Bedroom Good Location and Good Service
We had good fun staying this hotel. MTR is near and 7-11 is just in front of the hotel. Temple Walking Street is just 2 blocks away. Will be back to this hotel again next time

Rhe staff at Reception is not that friendly.

Small room for family
can't think of any
I booked for a 3 person room (called triple room on Agoda) since I was traveling with my old parents. When I saw the room, I thought they made a mistake, there were only two beds and there really wasn't any space for another bed. Low and behold, they actually were able to stick another bed inside but that means that one chair in the room cannot be used. It is a terrible value for the so called "triple room". If one rates it as a two person room, it would be average though the room size seems to be on the smaller side for a 4 star hotel even in Hong Kong. Also, the front desk people are very robotic, definitely not up to par with their 4-star rating. But then again, in Hong Kong, that's something you would experience all the time. The only place where I can get consistent courteous treatment is at 5 star hotels.
