Good location, good value, a very nice stay
Good location, room was spacious and clean, good value for money
In general, it was a good stay! Location is excellent! There are many restaurants nearby. MTR station is just a few mins away. Room is spacious and clean. That is definitely good value for money.

Location, clean room
The internet connection did not function properly. Local cell phones pick up on the connection and lap-top computer is unable to access the web-log in screen. Guests may have no access for entire stay, because no information is provided that a guest's cell phone maybe "tying up the line." Staff: Some very good staff here and there; others poorly trained and "run over" the guests while moving luggage about - all with a cynical smile and a polite thank you; management evades discussing any issue and relegates it to the beleagured front desk. Overall this hotel is acceptable, but has some "issues."
