Simple and enough for basic stay

Employee are polite. You can ask front a favor 24 h.
The hotel is inside Soi so it is pretty quiet. This is a Thai style motel. Do not expect like a western style hotel, you will misunderstand the concept. You need your own transportation. In the entrance of Soi, there is a small restaurant at the corner, you can eat cooked foods there. Simple, quiet, and enough basics like ice or drink available at front. You better speak in Thai. My purpose of the trip was to join the sports activity in the early morning and the main stay at here is to just sleep, so for that purpose, this can be a good choice.

Good for those with their own transportation

Location convenient to Sattahip, Samae San, and Nong Nook Gardens & Samae San, Quiet, Affordable
Baan Rak Sai Bai Resort is well off the beaten path on a side street just north of Sattahip. We did not have our own transportation so its isolation was a problem. The room was clean, and spacious on our arrival. Staff did not make up our beds, clean our rooms, or empty the trash during our stay. This facility would be an excellent choice for Scuba divers or beach lovers going to Sattahip or Samae San; if they had their own transportation.

Nice rooms in the middle of nowhere

Price, Price, Price
We landed by accident in Sattahip as we assumed there would be a beach. The room was very nice but the location was hard to find and far away from anything. You definitely have to have a car. We had none. The host kindly helped us to get out of this periphery. So be sure to be motorized!!! Really! Apart from that, the place is nice, very quiet and absolutely new and modern. You can park your car in front of your room (accessible).

A little paradise

fantastic accommodation
To get to the place it is not easy, but it is worthless. the welcome is warm by a Thail familly run type accommodation. the room are big , the bed must be an emperesse size, nice and clean private bathroom, in the room included TV with more than 100 channels no English channel, a 2 seats coach it is vry cosy and quiet. Air conditioned as well. the familly is building a restaurant, but meanwhile you can ask for drink and food to the owner they will provide that for you. the town of Sattahip is a getaway from the popular Pattaya, busy place. before you get into the turn off to get to Pattaya on the main road get off, then take a bus that cost you 20 baths , then arrived in Sattahip (30 km) take a motobike for a couple of dollars to the place. Sattahip is a lovely town, with a morning market and night market , plenty food are available, Sattahip is a fishing village, and the people are very friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: from Sattahip there is many local bus to Pattaya so you can enjoy some of the quiet place to the beach daily for only 20 baths one way.
