Worst hotel I have stayed in
Location
Not a great experience, found cockroach in the morning, wasn't clean hairs on the bed. Felt very dirty and uncomfortable. Had to put chair and bags against already locked door as got followed home and felt unsafe (no security) Wish we had known would have gone elsewhere. Guy at reception however was nice.

Close to town, away from noise!
location, setting and price
We stayed 2 nights at baan tawan with our dog, the perfect location for seeing Pai. Great room, air con, tv (for the dog) comfy bed and big bathroom. It's right in the centre of things, but down a quiet soi on the river, so the best of both worlds. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment, but we would strongly recommend this place!

Seen better times Resort by the River
The hotel is located by the river and away from the busy Walking street of Pai. I felt the facility is nice but lacking proper maintenance
It is a quiet place but the facility is not well maintained. If you prefer peace - this is a place for you. The facility has nothing to shout about.
