Hotel Description
Everyone knows that Bali is one of the most beautiful places on Earth and this hotel offers great chances to take in the breathtaking views. Obviously, the Hyatt is one of the more established names in the hotel industry and this property certainly lives up to the lofty reputation and high expectations that come with it. Set in the quiet village of Sanur, the Bali Hyatt offers plenty of chances to relax by the pool or jacuzzi, enjoy a top-notch spa treatment or eat a fantastic meal and one of five restaurants. For entertainment, there’s Camp Sanur, a supervised camp for children as well as a host of sporting activities (tennis, badminton, volleyball, etc.). Sightseers who wish to get out of the Hotel also have plenty of choices: the Reptile and Crocodile Park, Bali Bird Park, and Tanah Lot Temple are all nearby. When you're ready to book a room at Bali Hyatt Hotel, please enter your travel dates into the secure online booking form and click.

Beautiful gardens and position on beachfront

Spacious, private beach, beautiful garden setting, large bathroom
Charming, helpful, efficient staff. Can't comment on food as we were only there 1 night and left early so no breakfast. I loved the sign in the pool area saying sun beds could not be reserved by using towels or books etc.

Shuttle bus to Grand Hyatt
the hotel is very old. because it looks old, it doesn't look too clean. i don't even want to soak in its bath tub.... the bedsheet and pillow feels "wet". the pool is either to shallow or too deep for young children. the only plus thing about this hotel is that it provides free shuttle bus to grand hyatt, which is simply great hotel with beautiful scenery and slide for water play. attn: we ordered the bbq king prawn and the mahin-mahin (snapper), it was one of the worse food we tasted during our trip.

Great Balinesia-style garden

Worth to see garden
Stayed here for a single night. Arrived late and departed early. Got a free upgrade, but were still a bit disappointed by the room (mainly because it was too humid). Check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel's garden was amazing (even at night). Had an Indonesian dinner, which was a bit too westernized. Overall a rather positive experience.

Charming rustic resort with excellent service

Beautiful gardens, great location, brilliant service
Just loved the Balinese decor of this resort. Located withing walking distance to shops, massage places, cafes, restaurants on the main road & also has it own private beach. Lots of activities for all ages & plenty of sun lounges for everyone.

Love the Regency Club service but rooms are dated

Regency Club
Our first choice was to stay at the Grand Hyatt in Nusa Dua but since it was fully booked, we decided to try out Sanur - which turned out to be a great decision. Location wise, Sanur is great as its not too far from the hustle and bustle of Seminyak and Kuta and the beach is nice and quiet, despite the later stretch being a public beach. The hotel itself desperately needs an uplift. We were relieved that we were quickly whisked from the huge and impersonal reception hall of the hotel to the Regency club upon check in. The rooms are small, dated and our pillows smelled musky! However, as we hardly spent time in our room, we didn't really mind. We always went to the main hotel wing for the buffet breakfast (great selection!) as the Regency Club's selection is limited but the free drinks and snacks, including the evening happy hour (where they fill your wine glass like there's no tomorrow) is a nice touch for an otherwise ordinary 4-star hotel. The spa looks recently renovated or at least more updated than the rest of the hotel. Service at the spa was very good (attention to detail), and the massage was great too. Overall, we would possibly come back to stay at Sanur again but only after the hotel is upgraded (renovation works apparently planned for 2013).

lovely but tired hotel, friendly staff, slow service

airy vibrant holidaymakers relaxing hotel
i only stayed for 24 hours in this hotel which perhaps 10 plus years ago would have been a 5 star not disappointed but it really is getting tired in the rooms department as i felt i was 20 years prior in some hotel decor is outdated if hotel is upgraded or even updated it would lift its image with the ones up the top of the range in bali nevertheless the position is awesome right on the sanur beachfront and its easy to do your daily village walks too if i got a much better deal i would go back again otherwise there are so many in bali to choose from staff was polite but i found we had to wait 30mins after we called for bellboy to pick up out luggage to leave as a result i took everything out alittle too casual i felt

Nice hotel if you want to experience Bali

Real experoience
Not as luxurious as its sister property the Grand Hyatt Bali... if you are looking for real luxury, you stay in Nusa Dua, the beach is much nicer, the place is renovated (unlike Bali Hyatt). The staff is extremely nice though!
