Dated, musty and not a very friendly service.
Location and breakfast.
This hotel looks great on the outside and is perfectly located for leisure guests. Inside was a different matter, there is a musty smell and the décor makes the rooms to feel very small. The reception staff was friendly when I arrived but I had never been as disrespected as I was by the door men (security). I wanted to see the manager about cancelling the rest of my stay but was told that he cannot be reached and I just had to deal with it. I will not be going back there. For the same amount, in the same area I have stayed at larger, cleaner and modern hotels where the staff was always courteous.

Desperate convinience
Hotel Staff were great, located on the beach front, the breakfast was lovely
The Manager was creaming at his staff in front of us.The staff were always ready to assist us and ere pleasent. How ever the loud floors with some fault were a huge concern and ere a bit too loud for us at times one had a hard time sleeping. there was a funny smell in the room.the cleanliness well very questionable.

Cleaning Staff
The toilet had a very strong 'chemical' smell. We complained at reception - they were very abrupt and said that they could not change our room, even when we offered to pay in the difference (if there was any) - we were told that room service would come have a look. Three hours later, the smell was now taking over the room also and no one had come to investigate the smell. Eventually (after I had called reception a few times) our room was changed. Room service was very efficient and we were very pleased with their approach and services.
