Stinky, Smoky.
Besides the fancy appearance on the outside, you should expect the quality of a motel than a 3-4 stars hotel. The lobby was old; and the carpet on hallway was stinky with smokey smell. The elevators were small and slow.

Rude front desk staff
We had to stand at the front desk for 2 minutes before the only staff (male, with facial hair) would lift up his head to acknowledge our presence. He was too busy with something and pretended not to notice us until we spoke to him. We just wanted to enquire about distance to airport. On another occasion, another male staff was rude. Why can't they smile and be friendly? Front desk staff couldn't speak or understand English. Their unfriendly demeanour didn't help. . TV remote didn't work. . No bedroom slippers provided. . No cups and complimentary coffee/tea provided in the room. . Free wi fi only allowed one guest to log in at a time although we are a couple and we booked as two guests. . The walls are very thin. Can hear next rooms. The 'Superior Room' that we had was nothing like in the photo when we booked. Hotel is definitely over rated.
