Quite centralize in the sense that everything is a taxi ride away or just 10 minutes walk from BTS station

We have been staying in this hotel during each of our visit to Bangkok. Really value for money and relatively close to BTS station.

Stayed 6-nights at Triple Room
Overall happy with my stay. Walking distance to Ratcathewi BTS & to Platinum Fashion Mall. Buffet breakfast was ok with many choices. Many night food outlets along the road for dinner at very reasonable pricing.

Good honest staff
Place is walking distance from Ratchethewi BTS and mini-pier for canal boat ride! Costs under 300baht by taxi meter from Suvarnabhumi Airport and between 50-100baht to MBK centre. Staff are very helpful in the retrieving of a bag that I left behind in a taxi and recommends us honest cab drivers when we are heading to the airport.

awful staff- the manager is unpolite
the staff, especially the manager does not have any manner to customer at all. since we already paid and cannot cancel, so we have to stay there. but defo will not recommend this hotel to colleagues and friends JUST BECAUSE OFF THE POOR STAFF MANAGEMENT ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER. we book the family room, and it mentioned that additional 1 bed is available on agoda and booking.com. however when we go there, that 'unpolite' manager keep force us to book 2 rooms and said they will ask for penalty. at the end, cos we already paid for the family room and cannot cancel it and we don't want to stay in separate hotel with my friend, so we have to pay for it. well the money it self is doesnt really matter. the thing is, the manager is really unpolite, and they already know that whats the reason is, we have to pay for another room (cos we paid 1 family room already), so they dont have a good manner for customer. if he/she (i dont even care, dressed up like a guy but sounds girly) have a profesional way to tell us about it, we willing to pay and recommend to others cos maybe like the room is quite okayyy. but since the staff (MANAGER) has no manner, ofc will not recommend to other friends or colleagues
