So completely dirty and bad service
Staff is completely rude and bad service. Nothing to say about room as it looked good on picture agoda but the reality is completely dirty and bad smell ever and ever. I would suggest to others tourist not to try with this one.

Needs a lot of improvement
The room I was given had aircon that was not even working, and since I had a really late check-in from a late night flight, I didn't bother to complain. But hell it was the worst experience I ever had. I had a hard time sleeping, and was sweating when I woke up. The internet was not even working for the 3 days I stayed with them. I don't know what their problem really was.

The bed room very DIRTY, DUST and got COCKROACH..N
The staff is very rode! I request for changed the bedroom never do for me! The bed room very dirty,got dust and cockroach! Never clean up! Not wifi! Not have hair dryer!

How many Roaches is too many?
Booked hotel on a special deal, primarily for location (pretty near BTS, though will take 10 mins to walk it, wading through the tourist-trap stalls and human traffic) but also for WiFi. I even phoned up & asked before booking, can you get WiFi in rooms? And I was told "Yes" - it definitely is not. I asked to change room nearer to WiFi transmitter on my floor to be told, WiFi is ONLY in the Lobby. Not only that, once you've paid for WiFi, it's only for ONE device! I have 3 & Wife has 2, so it mounts up. Granted the room was a "Special Offer" room (smaller room, view out of a dirty window of neighbouring building 5 metres away, but can live with that) but besides WiFi issues, floor was filthy: looked like it hadn't been vacuumed (or even brushed) since the 1980s & this probably explains why it has such a thriving beetle population! One room I DID NOT want to take my shoes off before entering... The roaches I saw started off small but I noticed increasingly larger ones... And how many is too many? Room initially Looked clean (dark carpet & very dim lighting can hide a lot) but as soon as you lift a cup, or lift a paper you've put down earlier, a hiding roach darts off! There was a 2cm gap at bottom of door, so they could just walk right in, but I reckon they lived in the room. Room was cleaned daily, by up to 5 disinterested moody teenagers at a time (5 of them! What were they doing? Not much cleaning it seems...) Some sort of teenage social club. If anything, there are TOO MANY staff - got to be 50 plus. In fairness, the older guys on the door, and one of the kitchen staff helping the 5/6 waitresses (just standing about) to clean tables at Breakfast were cheerful, professional and should probably get a pay rise! But the rest need a lesson in customer service. Land of Smiles? Nobody's told this lot... This hotel is trading on past glories. Sure it was good in 1980s but Now, there are hotels with same or better facilities (Swimming Pool? WiFi that works?) about half th

No wifi
Feeling not comfortable for this last stay in hotel. I have stayed in hotel so many times but now the hotel cut wifi in room. No wifi anymore. Probably Bad :((

Good price, good location, quite bad for staff att
I'm check in at 2 pm with a sweat condition because Bangkok it's to hot. In the afternoon. The ladies staff laughing with her friend and talking in thai language. I think it's not polite. Wifi not free, you must pay 20 baht to get the password untill you check out. And the ladies again laughing on me because I failed for sign in the wifi cause I'm wrong when insert the password. I can't clearly understand what they say because they not spell ing well in english. Actually this hotel quite good n value for money but need improvement for they staff. They need mor training to be a good hospitality industry staff.
