Convenience, Proximity to Marge and Friendly Staff

Convenience, Proximity to Marge and Friendly Staff
Stay was excellence. Its less than 10mins drive to Bussleton City Center and famous Jetty. 40 mins to Margaret River, Augusta and Cape Naturaliste Lighthouses (Depending on traffic). The resort is fully equipped and huge space for our brother (who is on wheelchair) to move around easily. Most of all, this resort has the most friendliest staff we met. We had a late check-in (930pm), but they provided us with much details of where to retrieve the keys, enclosed with our chalet location and ensured we have a parking lot; which made our stay so easy. Thanks and appreciates.

The room is comfortable but no heater in the room.

Comfortable, nice scnery & clean
So far so good, is just that the weather was so cold but no heater in the room except in the toilet. Sofa has too many mites, until we have to buy mites spray ourselves. Suggestion to provide 'Halal' food for Muslim. Everything was good and clean.

Dreary with double beds

Terrible dated room with tiny uncomfortable double beds. Cheap but still overpriced. Dreadful rooms. Great location.

weekend stay

close to beach; quiet location; warm room
Generally good. There was a smell of stagnant water in the bathroom, probably coming from the drain in the floor.

Tired and in need of refurbishing

Pleasant staff. Lovely gardens. Lovely recreation
Sadly the rooms are below average in the following aspects - The beds sink in the middle The showers need bleaching The balconies need re-painting, re-bricking and cleaned of spiderwebs The kitchen could include more milk and ice in the fridge The rooms doors require a touch up coat of paint Overall - the accommodation is tired.

spacious, spa bath, nice gardens
Look for the sale price we paid, it was fine. I would not pay the full rate. Villa has high ceilings so cobwebs were everywhere, ants seemed to have taken up residence in the bathroom and when it says queen/king bed, what they really mean, is two singles pushed together! Would have liked a bbq outside villa as when the power goes off at least we could have cooked!!!
