It's all about the view

View, pool and service
I'm very happy with my stay at Bedulu, everywhere in the hotel you get a fabulous view of the sea, from your bed, even the bathroom, restaurant, pool, everywhere. The food at the hotel is fabulous. Service is really good too. Except for a few bugs, which really is to be expected since you're kinda surrounded by nature. Only flaw is perhaps that there are gaps in the room door and you can only lock with a wooden block from the inside and padlock on the outside. But we didn't mind. A short walk across the road to the beach.

Ok location, awful food, and poor service

the view, cleanliness
We wanted to treat ourselves to a nicer place, the most money we've spent anywhere in about a month traveling in Bali. I liked the pizza on the menu, but everything else was awful. Frozen vegetables, and every time we got a balinese dish it tasted like old curry! The breakfast was toast and egg, so it was decent. For the amount we paid, it wasn't a resort experience. There was constant noise of children yelling, and other family members yelling back. Whenever I went to get a receptionist, they were either gone or asleep. There was a child who kept trying to peer into our "private" window, and like I said the food was terrible. It wouldn't have been so bad if there was somewhere else to go eat, but you are on top of a hill and have to hike down to get to anything else. The room was nice and clean, but the roof started leaking on us as soon as it started raining. Definitely was not impressed by this place, and I would recommend saving your money and going to a cheaper home stay. Also, don't book the cheap room, it was what we choose at first. Upon arrival, we hiked up the huge hill with our bags, just to hike back down to where the cheap room was located, on the road. It smelled of urine and was right next to the busy road, and the view is obstructed. We changed to a superior and the room was much better but the price was really expensive.

Our fav in Bali

View, pool, location
Amazing. We wished we had stayed there for the whole trip. Quiet area, amazing view, beautiful grounds, the best infinity pool, great accommodations

The pool, the view, the staff
Infested with mosquitoes, mosquito net upstairs full of holes, no beds upstairs only mattresses on the floor. No curtains or blinds on the windows upstairs. Door to bathroom difficult to slide open and very noisy. Hot water pressure very poor. Restaurant very poor - food below average, no atmosphere, full of flies. We had booked for a week but left after one night, forfeiting our payment for the week.

No wifi as advertised

Nice pool and view
No wifi in rooms as advertised . Published airport pick up rate on their website was false. They charged an extra 10,000 IDR. Resort halfway up a mountain with loads of steps. You are stuck once you're up there.. Breakfast was limited, you could have a juice but then they charged you for coffee. Drinking water they said was included and then wanted to charge us.

Pool and gardens
The hero of this place is an infinity pool. Loved our villas overlooking the ocean. But won't come back as there are a few negatives. Firstly, Amed is a bit remote for our liking. Secondly, and this is the main reason we wouldn't come back-the restaurant was below average. A couple of ladies served us during our stay. One of them was ok, but the second one was so sour, it was unpleasant eating there because of that. On top of that, my son and I got food poisoning from the same dish we ordered for our lunch( Bedulu specialty). Thankfully, I got away with the mild form of poisoning, because I didn't eat the whole dish. My son wasn't so lucky... was spewing up the entire time on our way back to south kuta.
