Budget Hotel for those desperate only

Cheap and good location
Location: Good, its located near Zhangzizhonglu station, take B exit, turn right into the lane, its about 4-5 minutes walk only, the first lane opening on your right u should see Fuxue Road, which is located at the opposite road, cross the road, then walk in about 50 metres, the hotel is on your left Service: Sucks, they dunno how to speak English basically, purely Chinese, if u dun speak Mandarin, thats it. Room: Big problem, i booked the cheapest hotel room and the room is really super small, enough only for 2 single bed, no space to walk. Practically ur luggage bag gotta put at the entrance itself. if u want a bigger room, u gotta pay more, i think about 50 yuan more per room, hence do pay extra for the room Toilet: big time problem, it is always flooded after you bathe, and it takes bout 3 -4 hours for the water to go down, it is practically stagnant, i enquire the staff upstairs, and u know what she mentioned she will call some one repair, but when i ask the maid who cleans the room, she mentioned it depends, certain room the water flows well, certain room, it doesnt. hence its more of pure luck oof which room u stay in with good drainage system which doesnt. Good thing is that they provide basic amneties which they restock during room service everyday such as toothbrush, tooth paste, comb , towels ( which is cleaan) and also soap and shampoo Water: the 1st two days, i refilled my water bottle with their RO water dispenser, which on the 3rd day one of the staff then knowing i will refill the water everymorning, purposely did not change the empty RO water supply, during the night time, they forbid me from refilling the water, mentioning that if everyone refills the water, then they will run out of water, but seriously any big deal, only 2.50 yuan for a cheapest 1.5litres of mineral water, but then its not about the water, its basic amneties
Hotel Feature Tip: ROom: Also for the cheapest room, it is only located at the basement, and there is some kinda weird stench emmitting from the room this hotel is only suitable for only 2-3nights stay max, or u will reli get sick of it, its better to spend more and get a better hotel rather than this if u plan to stay for long, or if not spend more and get a better room in this hotel, but then with the amount, i think u can get a better room elsewhere

Good location, but not so good servic

The location is very good, near to Zhangzhizhong underground station, many bus stops nearby
The prize is reasonable, and the location is very good. But room is not neat, some hair maybe from former guest can be found on the bed, water boiling machine is scaly, bulb suddenly short circuit and the whole room immediately without electricity, etc. If you don't care about that, it will be a choice.

Hotel full of hassle

Near a metro
I stayed at the hotel with a group of people, staying in 5 twin rooms. During our stay we were all unexpectedly told to move rooms or pay more. There was originally no explanation but after hours of investigation it turned out to be a fault of the hotel, caused by a lack of spoken English by hotel staff. There was no polite apology or consideration for us. We were told to move our belongings straight away and there were no exceptions made for our convenience. The rooms were dirty and many windows open directly onto a wall. Overall the hotel made our time in beijing stressfull and less enjoyable than it could otherwise have been.
Travel tip: There are only double rooms in this hotel. Agoda advertises tripple rooms but they do not exist.

first floor = basement

close to the metro
The basement rooms where we stayed was smelly and the walls were fusty. The windows were small and when we opened them dust came in as it was on the same level as the tire of cars on the parking space. One manager spoke english but she was not always available. The hotel was close to a metro station and shops were in a walking distance.
