Siem Reao Haven
Great boutique hotel in Siem Reap. Rooms are large and luxuriously furnished. Lovely pool sufficient for doing laps. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Was able to have a slightly later check out at 3pm. Will stay here again.

Worth every cent !
Exceptional service, amazing food, awesome interiors!
Very pleased with my stay at this carefully curated 5 star hotel. First the staff was exceptional. Everyone not only knows your name, they anticipate your needs and they memorize your room number. At one night i arrived back at about 1130 pm and was surprised to know that their kitchen was still open- they were waiting for a few guests to come in and i thought that that's really thoughtful. Even more so when i asked if i could still order they did not hesistate and said i could order and would keep the kitchen open because the other guests arriving might be hungry. Apart from the great service id say the whole place is an experience in itself. It kept to the local cambodian theme without sacrificing quality. I would dare say that the food was exceptionally good as well. Having tried cuisine wat damnak, sugar palm, and other known khmer restos, hotel food is, if not better, at par with fine cambodian cuisine. I guess more than anything that makes a place, apart from its aesthetic qualities, memorable, is its people. My flight was not until 1030pm and they told me that i could check out at 6pm. There were guests continuously coming in and they asked if they could move me to a room that probably was not going to be used until the nxt day. I realized that what's important to one's experience is situations like this that doesnt end when you check out at the hotel. It lasts until the very last moment which is truly deserving of 5 stars. Continue the good job guys. Cheers to the managers of this belmond outfit.

OK for short stay
Spacious bedroom, clean, close to town
Overall a nice experience but not outstanding. Hotel probably less than half occupied and lounge hardly used. Restaurant expensive with many good alternative options close by. Manager conspicuous by his absence but otherwise staff charming. Bedroom overlooking the pool was pleasant but intervening dense foliage made it rather dark. Huge bath with shower over had seen better days. Good pool but shaded by late afternoon. Nearby construction work a bit noisy.

Pleasant stay at the Belmond
Helpful and attentive staff, Clean, unique decor
We had a pleasant stay at the Belmond Siem Reap. The staff were helpful and courteous and the place was clean. Some construction going on next door but did not disrupt the quiet when we were in the room. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Bkfast and food is over expensive. Hotel is noisy!
Good location near city center, staff friendly and great swimming pool.
We left after 3 nights because of noise around starting at 08.00am until 5.00pm. We moved to a 5 stars hotel, cheaper, better and very quite.

Outstanding hotel. One of the best.
Location, Service and Room were excellent
Superb. Location was perfect to walk out to centre Siem Reap. Also 10 minute walking distance to Pub Street. Massage and Spa were superb too.
