Bad location. misled by Agoda that there is Air-co

remote location not friendly at all. have to pay for sea taxi if one would want to travel out it cost easily RM100 per trip
Not happy and have to absorbed the nights paid and leave the place earlier than the dates supposed to leave. Spent extra on accomodation at other place. Bad experience

"Outrageous price for what you get..."
First off, the ferry does not stop there, so you have to get off in Genting, and then take a water taxi (which I paid double for - 40RM, since I was one person and there was a minimum charge for two). The people at the boat did not introduce themselves, or say that they were from the hotel. The small cabin was right on the beach, with precious little shade, so it was very hot. Cold shower, fan, window shutters that had to be tied open or they flapped shut. No mosquito net. There wasn't really anyplace comfortable to sit at the chalet - there was ONE hammock in the whole place and it was filthy, ripped and full of ants. If you are willing to stay not quite on the beach, but a very short walk away. This place is mainly interested in collecting your money.

Fantastic idyllic stay at the beach

Remote getaway, a perfect relaxing holiday away from busy ordinary lifestyle. As we reached kampung Nipah, we were welcomed with long soft sandy beach, beautiful warmth smiles & kampung style resort
BERSATU = UNITED. That's how we felt during our holidays there with only 4 couples as guests & 5 staffs at Bersatu Nipah as well as neighbours from 2 other resorts in this remote kampung. Everyone is so friendly, after few hours we were like one big family. Snorkeling trip was AMAZING! Although I had sea sickness, swimming with the colourful fish , magnificent corals in the clear emerald green water never stopped me & 5hours trip didn't seem enough. Sadly we didn't have time to do the trekking to the waterfalls. 3D2N weren't enough! Wished could extend our holidays more. "Di sini lahirnya sebuah CINTA".

Best for relax

The isolated beach, the ride in a boat (during windy day!), staff is friendly and really helpful
It's probably not the cheapest place on the island - the ride in a boat from Genting to Nipah beach costs 20 RM per person (one way), the food is also not very cheap but tasty! The beach is really peaceful and beautiful. It's like a Robinson's Cruzoe adventure there - the difference is that you can order your fish - don't have to entrap it :) The staff is great - they will draw you a map where to go for the jungle trekking and answer all of your questions. Room was clean and not too small. The views are amazing! I recommend it for 2 or 3 days of total relax - without mobile phone's and internet connection - just you, your friends and the island :)
