Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Best Westen Taipa Hotel is a good hotel for businessman who are on the go and who wants value for their money.Location of the hotel is nice.Transportation around the hotel is good with a lot of taxis passing by. There are also nearby restaurants like mcdonalds. Conceirge is good and and friendly. Service was what we expected. We would definitely return to this hotel

Facilities very old

cheap

It is located in residential area of Taipa Island, it's like in the middle of no where, very far away from all attractions, either Cotai or Macau,no good food around, taxi is the most convenient transportation, shuttle bus low frequency, wifi service only available at lobby, not recommend for tourist, and a single room is more expensive than a room for two????

Old facilities

not expensive

wake up early morning then come back for a sleep, it is OK for business travellers, but definitely not for tourist, because it is far away from everything, the hotel has shuttle bus service from the frequency is very low, so you need to get a taxi whereever you want to go, there is no nightlife at all, you can hardly find a convenient store around, there is only a slot machine shop downstairs where you can loose couple hundreds

The first recorded game of conkers using the nut of the tree was in 1848. Before then, it was played using cobnuts and snail shells or ‘conches’ — the origin of the name. But once Victorian children learnt how to drill holes through them and string them up, conkers — or ’obblyconkers, cheesers or cheggies — became the most popular autumn pastime in playgrounds. According to the Forestry Commission, there are around two million horse chestnuts in Britain today — with three-quarters found in towns and cities. Most of the rest are in landscaped parklands. Nice Affordable Hotel

Affordable price, easy access to restaurants outside the hotel, free shuttle service to other hotel/casinos.
8.7
Room is clean & spacious at an affordable price, there are cheaper restaurants outside the hotel within walking distance, free shuttle service to other hotel/casinos such as Dream City & Venetian. All the major casino & hotels are interconnected through their free shuttle bus service. The hotel location is about 5 minute to Venetian by Taxi.

Mouldy Hotel, Run Down Place

Nothing
2.7
Room is smelly and noisy. Mould is found everywhere in rooms. Ceiling and wall paper are cracked and ripped. Staff are poor in English Towels are made from many pieces of clothes and sewed together. And the towels are meant to be white, but they looked grey. This is definitely not a 3* hotel, room rate is a 3*, but the room, facilities and staff are like a motel. Beds are too hard.
Travel tip: Don't go.
