The hotel was in a good location, and the amenities and rooms were clean and nice. The staff were undfriendly and never acknowledged their clients. Very expensive parking for the night.

Poor Service
I don't think they have a good point here
We had a bad experience - we didn't have hot water for take a bath even though we took a bath very late. and they said that because they had a small boiler, so we had to wait. -_-' - poor service - far from city centre

okay hotel in a quiet part of town
quietness, staff, large room
It was generally okay. Location could be too quiet for some people. The staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The room was also a good size. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

You get what you pay for.
Easy access, no noise from other rooms and good bed.
I was looking for a room that I could afford. In not so many words you could say that you pay for what you get. Still the next time I´m in Oslo I might order again?

Not what I expected
Close to public transportation, relatively economic, large room
I booked this hotel because it was advertised as an apartment hotel, and anywhere else in the world that I've stayed in one, it was exactly that, with all the amenities I needed to feel at home. I was told by Agoda that everything was included. Of course, as a single traveler, I booked a single room. When I got there, I got a tiny room with barely enough room for a bed, and the kitchenette was in the hall, shared with another room. I had to work and there was no desk space (or place to sit and eat), and there were no kitchen utensils of any kind. Also, there were sticky glass rings on the bedside table – not great cleaning job. I went down to ask for kitchenware, and complain about the desk. I was told that it would be an extra 150 NOK (around 45 Euros) a night to get kitchenware. This defeated the purpose of trying to save money by cooking in the hotel – between the price of groceries and the kitchenware, I might as well just pay at a restaurant. I also had overheard a man who was charged extra for his linens, which he obviously hadn’t been told about in advance. However, because I needed a desk for work, and the room did not provide one, I was given a new room, which was much larger, with a sitting room, separate bedroom, private kitchen, and large bathroom with an all-in-one clothes washer/dryer. I still could not cook, but there was a microwave (although I personally don’t use them). The internet was usually good, although I had to get a private code from reception and keep entering it each time I turned my computer on. This larger room actually had soap and shampoo in the bathroom, which was not the case in the smaller room – interesting that solo travelers get shabbier treatment than larger groups, or those who can pay more. I didn’t use the washer/dryer, but I heard a woman in reception complaining that hers wasn’t spinning or drying her clothes, and the guy just said “No, it doesn’t dry.” So why does it say it does? I guess don’t be surprised if
