Clean and accommodating
Free airport shuttle, clean, had a restaurant attached
A short stay due to flight issues. Staff were informative, room was very comfortable. If bookings could be made for the shuttles to/from airport/train stations..

Disappointed
Location, courtesy bus to airport and polite staff who were unable to resolve our problems
As it was only for one night it was adequate. We would not have liked to have stayed any longer!

Hotel fine, front desk staff extremely rude
clean rooms, ok food, good conference rooms
The stay was fine; a normal business hotel experience. The elevators and hallways unfortunately often smelled of marijuana, but it wasn't terrible. What was terrible, however, is that I had to travel to a remote location for work. I got a ride out there, and the front desk said they would arrange for a taxi to pick me up for the ride back to the hotel. The front desk attendant was extremely rushed, and I tried to give her my phone number and get the taxi's phone just in case, but she told me she was busy and to not worry; the cab would show up. Well, it did not. I waited outside in the rain for 45 minutes- I called the hotel 3 times, and the same attendant told me to just wait the first time. The second time, she started yelling that she was too busy and actually hung up on me. The third time, I explained I was about to miss my train, and the taxi finally showed up. I missed my next meeting, was soaked, and subsequently got sick. At no point was I impolite to this woman, and did not deserve to be treated that way. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

A miserable experience
Price
In the intense cold of February we, and other passengers, waited for 75 minutes at the airport for the shuttle bus. When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there was no food and no bar.

Very good.
Very close to NYC and public transportation. Good breakfast. Convenient shuttle service to Newark Penn station and airport
Very good stay. We got a decent size room. Might be a little bit cramped but no problems though. The hotel is kind of old, probably because it was famous or historic, but the facilities were all great. Overall a good pick and will return to stay!
