the best place i stayed at in this London trip
Best Western The Delmere is located 5mins from Paddington Station and close to many eating options. I booked a cosy single room, which although meant that the room is small, the room facilities were awesome! touch panels for light and aircon settings, awesome shower, fast WiFi and TV in the room. the desk was tiny, but you could always choose to use your laptop on the bed if required. the front office staff were helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would have loved to extend my stay with this hotel and will definitely recommend it to my friends. if cosy is too small, i'm sure the other rooms will work out just fine.

Best hotel in Sussex Gardens / Paddington area
It's newly renovated and has high-tech features inside the room (bluetooth connections, usb port chargers, air conditioning, adjustable mood lighting, automatic sensors, rain shower etc). Booked a double room which was perfect for a solo traveller like me who's last stop was London. I got to relax during the last few days of my trip in this comfortable value-for-money hotel. It's also a few blocks away from stores/groceries and few min walk to the bearest tube/train/bus stations. I would recommend this area as well for tourists as its quite near to Hyde Park, Buchingham palace, and other top spots to visit via public transpo. Will definately book a room next time I'm in town.

Small hotel with very modern amenities
This hotel is located less than a 5 minute walk from Paddington station (among many other hotels in Sessex Garden). The staff are very friendly, easy check in process. The room I had (cozy double) was small, not ideal for two people with large pieces of luggage. The bathroom is definitely suited for one person. However, the amenities are almost brand new. Room was very clean, quite, and comfortable. Only thing missing was a small fridge in the room but common area in the lobby has a coffee machine. Good for short term stay and access to Heathrow Express and subways.

Nice for a short stay
The location of this hotel was good, being close to Hyde Park and various Underground and main line stations. The staff were kind and helpful too and there was a dining area with complimentary coffee. We had a 'cosy' room…this was good for two nights but may have become claustrophobic if the stay had been longer! It served it's purpose very well but we'd stayed at another hotel closer to Hyde Park with a much bigger room and cheaper price just a week before, at the beginning of our holiday, so did question the value for money.

Room is small
Single room is small, just enough space to open the suitcase.

Highly recommended!!!
The single ensuite room was fantastic! Great shower facilities, cozy mattress, nice air conditioner and considerate services. Good location to the US Embassy. Highly recommended!! I would stay here again if got the chance to visit London.

faulty airconditioning
My second stay at the hotel (only one week apart) was slightly disappointing. There was something wrong with the air-conditioning, and it kept switching itself off every 20 minutes or so. I had to keep switching it back on myself. Made for a very uncomfortable night, sleepless and hot.
