Отель был весьма неплох для своей цены. Были большие проблемы с поиском этого отеля по прилету. С таксистом 2 часа колесили по БангТао. Оказалось в жизни он называется иначе чем на Агоде - Residence 2. В пешей доступности на мой взгляд нет ничего. На байке до моря минут 5, до Теско лотус минуты 3. А полная приватность, передние двери выходят в уютные улочки, задние в полностью закрытый дворик. На кухне микроволновка, холодильник, посуда. Обслуживание номеров слегка бестолковое, но работящее. Зато менеджер по имени Амп зарекомендовала себя с лучшей стороны.

It was a great stay. The villa is fantastic. A wonderful staycation for family & friends. Easy accessibility to town area by taxi as there's a taxi stand just outside the villa.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the manager, she provided us with a folder containing all essential information and a pre-paid phone that we can use to call for services or other thailand numbers. The villa has spa and gym facilities. They also provide BBQ and massage services at very reasonable prices considering that they are conducted in the comfort of the villa. The only downside is the location of the villa at the Bangtao area instead of Patong area. However, a two-way cab can be arranged. There is also a Tesco Lotus Supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the villa to replenish daily necessities. I would strongly recommend the villa for travelers whose purpose is to relax and spend the time away in a quiet and uninterrupted environment. If you want to be in the centre of the happenings in Patong, then the inconvenience of the location may become an issue.

Beautifu Villas - amazing value!

The villas are awesome for couples or families for a quiet break away in Phuket. Only 30 minutes from the airport and great free airport transfers are included. The staff are very helpful and welcoming and couldn't do more for you. The villas are fantastic, the one bedroom villa is enormous, modern and light, with a full kitchen. You are given a cell phone upon check in with free minutes to call taxis, order food etc. The Black Cat Cafe delivers very good Thai food and is very reasonable. There is one cheap Thai restaurant across the road (no alcohol. Free wifi and water too. Only 10 mins walk to Tesco for cheap beer and wine! To be aware of - the location may not suit everyone as it is about 15 minutes walk to Bangtao Beach (not many restaurants).

Everything was made easy, a friendly staff member is assigned to you and they are there to help with your everything. Arranged bike hire for us,it was dropped off and picked up from our villa. Taxis are directly in front of villas. A booklet is in the villa advising you of the best local eateries, where to shop, markets. They even give you a mobile phone with free 200 baht to contact them or for a taxi. The villa itself was wonderful, clean, modern and everything you need, great internet too. The spa treatments are wonderful too. Would definitely stay again either as a couple or a larger group.

Im still in heaven. The stay was the best we had on your holiday to Thailand. They even gave you your own cellphone so that you could reach at any time. The only drawback was the distance to the beach. It took 15 min to walk down. I will go back to this hotel as soon as i can.

it is more residential than hotel. no phone in room, so don't expect room service!
self-catering with small kitchenette but adequate. towels are tired and the shower had not been cleaned properly for some time, with hairs still stuck on the floor!
did not dare try the pool, after seeing the condition of shower, so cannot comment.

when you get there you have someone waiting for you in the room with all the papers so there is no lobby or front desk,
overall it was nice

incredible villa for price

important! telling your taxi or private bus that you're going to bangtao private villa will take you on a wild journey through bangtao. it's called the residences by richmond. bangtao private villas are a few villas within the residences that are rented out to customers. make sure you provide the address to residences by richmond instead, it'll make your life 10x easier.
villa is huge, we stayed in a duplex. it's just as nice in person as it is in the photos. recommend for all types of travelers. about a 25 minute taxi ride to patong beach. restaurant & gym on-site, $10 access for gym. tesco supermarket is a 5 min tuk-tuk ride away.
