Отель зачуханный, грязный, плесень на потолке. Убираются нехотя, пока не пнешь никто не шевелится. Расположение более-менее. А так исходя из цены, то можно было-бы ожидать худшего.
посмотрев отели рядом в два раза дороже, они ни чуть не лучше.

Хороший персонал, НО...

Отель нуждается в капитальном ремонте воздуховентиляционной системы, так как запах плесени и сырости ощущается во всех номерах. Персонал добродушный, пошли нам на встречу, предоставив на выбор несколько номеров, но после двух ночей мы все равно съехали, деньги вернули через недели 2.

if u use dfs bus ...it is free to go any hotel in guam and downtown..
bad things.. light in my hotel room was not working but when i asked to change that...they did immediately. and internet connection was so slow...but near the lobby was fine .
exept that it was nice...

Good Location but Poor Facilities and Smelly
Good Location, Enough Room Space, Close to stores and restaurants

Good Location - With free DFS Shuttle bus terminal, close to shopping stores, with good restaurants inside the hotel building, transport to airport takes less than 5 mintes, opposite to the famous resort PIC. Room and washroom spaces are large enough with such a relatively low price.
HOWEVER, the disgusting smell along the hotel corridor ruin up everything. Water linkage from top of the bathroom (when someone was taking bath at above floor). When we entered the room, no bottled water prepared and the phone is out of function. This hotel is totally lack of maintenance and is such a waste to have such a good location. This hotel is totally not recommendable unless someone is seeking a cheaper choice with good location and do not care about comfortability at all.

Guam is beautiful which made up for the poor Hotel

We booked the hotel because it advertises free Wi-fi, however the wi-fi was very unreliable and speed was incredibly slow. There is nowhere to eat unless you go to one of the independent restaurants so no breakfast available, if it was this was not made clear. The room was noisy because of the fridge and air conditioning. The room also felt damp and the toilet broke at least once every day.

There were no complete set up of toiletries. The aircon malfunctioned so we had to sleep without aircon. Non responsive staff

Horrible Stay. Where do I start ?
I have never seen a Room so dirty ! (I wish we could attach pictures to our review to show you). Big stains on the floor and ceiling. Windows covered with green mold. Shower glass doors covered with so much scale that you can hardly see through. No decoration in the room, Old TV, Wifi not working on the entire floor and staff couldn't care less, not even a hotel description/welcome guide in the room. Overpriced Motel !!!
