Лучший сервис, который я встерчал на бали.
Перед сном растелили кровать подготовив ко сну, расшторили шторы вокруг кровати.
Фрукты принесли
Бесплатный трансфер, как такси. Поэтому локация не напрягла.
Неплохой завтрак, но как везде очень простой.

Отель находится в пяти минутах езды на машине от центра города.Можно дойти пешком,но отель предоставляет практически персональный трансфер!Возит куда скажешь и забирает обратно!В отеле немного номеров,мы жили возле бассейна и купались там одни.Еще в отеле есть файф о клок,бесплатно наливают чай с десертом .Сам отель очень хороший

Уютный отель в стиле Бали
хорошее место рядом с Убудом. бесплатный шатл отвезет вас в любое место место города или Лес обезяьн. и заберет (надо попросить позвонить напрмиер из ресторана в городе в отель и машина приедет). очень спокойно. душ под открытым небом, а если ночью - то звездное небо. Детскую кровать предложили и принесли без доплаты. Бесплатный чай с десертом с 3 до 4 дня. Повар хорошо готовил.

Видели несколько комаров, поэтому служащие отеля в номере зажигали спираль-дымелку. Нет ТВ - но кома он там нужен? бассейна два - прямо у выхода из номера. Есть у них и массажисты/SPA свои. Дают скидки. В отеле есть свой список экскурсий. но цены нам высоковаты показались. торговаться не пробовали. При броне номера, убедитесь какой у вас входит завтрак - там их несколько видов (в двух ценовых категориях).
Hotel Feature Tip:
В один из дней пошел дождь, и то что сушилось в ванной комнате стояло как раз около душа и намокло. Будьте бдительны - сушилку ставьте в комнате, или если в ванной , то подальше от проема в потолке.

Great location, nice rooms and pools
Free transport to everywhere! Internet is free too.

Really nice location and good value for money. Breakfast daily was very nice and the srvice is prompt and friendly. The hotel helped with all the tour and restaurant bookings, good recommendation for activities and free transportation was great. Please don't forget to tip the driver for each trip you make.

Hotel will be glad to pick and return you to the airport which was a great service. It cost about US$25-30 one way. They have a car/van + driver package for day tours to anywhere you want to go!! Once again, be generous with the tips and the service improves. The locals/staff depend on tips to make up for the very low wages.

Beautiful hotel and great staff
loved the private garden in the Garden Villa, the traditional Balinese style architecture and decorations, the pool and the extremely helpful and friendly staff

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the Garden Villas as part of our honeymoon. The Villa was lovely and romantic, even the outdoor bathroom & toilet. It made our honeymoon very memorable. The staff were absolutely fabulous. The breakfasts were great, as was the complementary afternoon teas they brought to you. Having the hotel drivers available to drop you in Ubud and collect you when you've finished was really handy and meant we didn't need to haggle with the taxi drivers every time we needed to get somewhere. I would recommend this place highly.

Overall very nice, good location
The location, the pool, the shuttle story

The location of the hotel is great, just out of Ubud. It is close enough to walk buy they provide a shuttle any time you need it, even after an evening meal. The pool is lovely, a very relaxing spot. Breakfast was pretty good, although twice they came in to clean the room while at breakfast which was annoying as we hadn't left for the day. The staff were friendly. The linen was on the old side, needs replacing. All in all pretty good.

Nomad and Melting Wok for dinner and Senimens for coffee

Excellent staff and good location

However, we have booked the villa B2 with outdoor bathroom. It was a bit dirty and old. The villa is very clean, but old. I guess hotel shoudl renovate the decoration.
