Good location & cheap hotel
I always stay in the hotel because it is cheap & the location is good. The room is clean though the hotel needs a makeover. I love that this hotel offers breakfast. But the one thing I don't like is the poor customer service. The receptionists are never friendly or welcoming like in Metro Hotel. Even the waiter & waitresses in the restaurant are frigidly cold as ice. Not as warm as the Malaysians that they're supposed to be like on TV.

Where else can you get meal twice with this price?
I was travelling on a budget with my sister in law and her 7 year old son. I ordered family triple room that consist of 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. Check in process was smooth, no problem at all. We got 7th floor room with city view. The view was not a nice looking view, but that was not a problem for us. We did not expect much since we were not plan to spend the whole day inside the room. The building was quite an old building, and so the furnitures. When we are inside the building, we felt like we were in the 1980s movie set location. But, all are in great condition, eventhough was very old. The bed are very comfortable, sheets are very clean, the pillow was very fluffy and soft. We were surprise to find extra pillows inside the cupboard, so each person got two pillows. Each night we always had a beautiful sleep there. There is no brand new electronic hot water kettles, only a flask that can be filled with hot water. We can get hot water outside the room, but nearby only. And there were two flasks available for the room. Tap water for drinkable cold water was also available near the hot water tap. Basically, unlimited cold and hot water available for all guests. Mini fridge was available in the room and was working properly. Flat cable TV with various channel surprised us as we saw HBO channel too. The bathroom was quite spacious, with sink, toilet, and bath tub. Bath tub is quite small size. I think is is designed only for asian, western people wont fit in. But the good thing is, the hot water and the shower works really well, no hustle at all. A bit minus point is the height of the shower head is too short, even for me, 160 cm height. I need to bow down a bit to adjust my body to the shower head when I am in the shower. But again, that is not a problem to me. I was satisfied with the hot water I had during my stay there. The most satisfactory thing we experienced with this hotel was the meal we get. I was really surprised that we got meal twice each day
