Not too bad
Good in term of location, but need to improvise the facilities, for instance, a room should have a fridge and a kettle. One thing about Indian hotels, they will charge you extra for the adults which were not declared during booking which I think should be informed first during the booking. Thus, a rather "cheap" hotel becomes expensive. Is this a norm?

Bkr grand poor management
The hotel is not bad but poor in services. Management dont really look into the complains effectively. Suggest to improve in their management skill

Unkept and dirty hotel only location worthy.
Toilet smells of urine even after cleaning .Drinking hot water takes hours to be delivered. No change of towels until requested.

Rooms and Toilet not Cleaned daily. Water closet not clean and dirt. After complain also not attended to the matter. Toiletries not provided. Water bottle given each day after reminding them it is not served. Breakfast all three days we stayed were given with same menu no change at all.

Worst hotel
This is the worst hotel I have ever stay.At reception desk , hotel stuffs are shows most arrogant attitudes.. like they r going to give free stay... Rooms are very dirty, no water bottle, no water glass, no tea bags..but they claimed as three start hotel. Total fraud. Services are very poor. They just take the advantage of being located at the main market area. So they take very least importance of guest....worst hotel.
