A very pleasant hotel
Pleasant and helpful staff; relaxed; comfortable
We enjoyed our two nights at this hotel and found everyone there very anxious to help. One problem for us was the stairs, but with help this was easily overcome.

Unfortunately not great
Location, Wi-fi, close to beach
The room was small with a view of a empty house next door. The curtains had holes in it and the room overall looked run down. I could not see the TV screen from my bed, based on the angle of where it was mounted to the wall in proximity to the bed. There was only a bed in the room, no couch or area where you could work on a desk. I had to park in the street, no safe parking. The staff was friendly though.

Dear Sir/Madam I want to express my utmost disgusts and unsatisfactory dealing with you via the internet booking that I have made with your establishment: 1) When I have made the internet booking, I have clearly mentioned in the COMMENTS SECTION that I am travelling to Cape Town (nearly a 5 hour trip) to get plaster removed from my foot after a very serious operation 3 months ago. 2) On our arrival late the afternoon of the 29th we discover that the guesthouse was completely not appropriate for my special needs. There was about 40 stairs that I had to use before even getting to my room. This caused a tremendous problem, as I could not at all use the stairs. If it were not for a very compassionate and caring hostess that shuffled her other guest to different rooms in order to accommodate me - this would have resulted in a major problem. NOT FOR THE GUEST HOUSE - BUT FOR YOU AS BOOKING AGENT. 3) The hostess showed me the e-mail that she had sent to you, on receiving my booking (realizing the problem). She has asked you very directly to send my contact details to her so that she could correspond with me and make alternative arrangements - because she realized that with a foot in plaster I would not be able to use the stairs. SHE IS STILL WAITING TO GET THE INFORMATION FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4)I have learnt my lesson the very hard way about making bookings with agents, ESPECIALLY AGODA.COM It clearly shows that you are not at all interested in delivering a conscious service to your clients - but rather that the booking and the money coming in is of more importance. 5) My friend that went with me to support me - had such a nasty fall on the steps during our departure yesterday - she broke her ankle in two places. This resulted in such chaos that we spent most of the day at the Panorama Medi Clinic (in Cape Town) were they x-rayed the foot and put her in temporary plaster - in order for us to travel back to our home town (5hours on the
