nice place to stay for long time

service, view, villa
very good, just the airport pick up service a bit expansive (RP550k), the rest is fairly good, a out of world experience, like been to a mountain village with nice mountain and see view, quiet and comfortable, room is specious, bath area is outdoor surround with greenery like bath in a forest.no aircon but cooling in night, kitchen ware is fully equipped, you can even cook dishes yourself if you have transport and time, diving and snorkeling is best in this region(not for sea sport) fishing is good too, just dun have the luxury of time, otherwise will go and catch some finish and cook back in the kitchen. very good for long time staying, besides fresh juice is impressive, dinning is very economical.

Expensive and disappointing

views, pool
Would not recommend this accommodation to anyone, unless they want to be overcharged for a bed. Very disappointed, glad we had only booked for one night otherwise I would have been asking for a refund. The property was advertised as having air-conditioning but when we arrived, only one of the two bedrooms had air-conditioning. Rooms were very small and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Wanted to go to the beach, the first beach was a big, steep hill drop - not suitable when you have two young children to carry down, then up, especially when it is humid. We then called for a shuttle and the rude driver dropped us at a location where behind 2 gates apparently it was a 2 minute walk to a white, sandy beach. After climbing a rocky, slippery and steep hill for 15 minutes, we saw that it was another 10 minute walk down a hill to get to the beach. We ended up turning around and slowly descended while trying not to fall. Some of the male staff were very rude and arrogant. Also, after signing out we were asked for a tip, very rude considering we had paid $200 for 1 night. Will never return or recommend to anyone. Overpriced and overrated.

Luxurious eco resort with amazing views

Amazing view of the bay, gorgeous night sky, un-chlorinated pool
I woke up every morning to the mist gently lining the edge of sky and sea, as the sun breaks over the horizon. It's a gorgeous view of the bay. At night, the starscape is stunning, with very little light pollution in the area. On the last night, we enjoyed that view while floating in the natural eco-pool. It's un-chlorinated so it doesn't hurt when the water gets in your eyes. Getting into town is a short ride in the resort van. You don't want to walk considering how it is located on a small hill top. In any case, there's nothing much in town to do beside eat and enjoy cheap massages. We were more than content to stay in the resort, lounge around and enjoy the view. Expect to unwind and relax. A point to note though, is that the resort is not very friendly for older folks with mobility issues. There are some areas which are set on slopes so it can be challenging. The furniture also has some sharp corners which would be a hazard if you are bringing young children.

Wonderful place complete serenity

The location, the views, the spa
This is a totally gorgeous place, I love that it is eco and with those amazing views and unusual houses ( everyone is different ) it really is special. The spa is amazing, the food yummy and the pool, sublime!

Relaxing massages, great views and lots of fish.

The spa, snorkelling, chilling on your own terrace.
Had an amazing stay at Bloo Lagoon, great place, warm and helpful staff from gardeners to front office. Was immediately upgraded to a double villa which had amazing views over the bay and over to Mount Batur. The spa was brilliant and well priced, couldn't get enough of it and the nearby beach was the best snorkelling spot I have ever been to. Yoga with Stefan was a bonus and breakfast was very appetising and what a view. The atmosphere was great and all the kids seemed to have a great time at the pool and interacting with the staff, definitely a great place for families.

5 star resort in Padang Bai, Bali

Staff were very friendly and helpful, hotel is located in a place where there's a lot of privacy, 24/7 shuttle truck for sending and picking up at any point in Padang Bai
This is a great choice if you can afford some luxury on Padang Bai anything cheaper than this just provide u with a bed and unlikely cleanliness. The hotel is located uphill and if you walk, it takes about 10-15 mins. The hotel provides a 24/7 shuttle truck that was really convenient and ultra useful. The staff attend to you immediately and try to meet whatever requests you have. The villas were awesome - full view of the big seas and mountain and each is uniquely designed. However, there is no TV or air con so bring a laptop if you want to enjoy late night movies in the hotel at night. Food is ok but there's better food downtown in a place called Topi Inn.
