Too hot... Never cooled down enough
The pool and the patio area/restaurant were gorgeous and very relaxing. The food was good and the drinks were nice. The only thing I was disappointed in was the AirCon in room 10. I left it on all day and night and it never cooled down. Now I know it was 100+ degrees outside but you would think it would have cooled down the room enough to sleep comfortably... but it never did. Overall the hotel was nice, but I may go back to The Plantation.

Ok hotel
This hotel is ok but a little expensive for what you get. The room was satisfactory & the pool welcoming after a hot day outside. The staff were pleasant & helpful & the maid cleaned exceptionally well. The breakfast was strange. A plate of mixed fruit, a plate of bread & a couple of sweet cakes, then eggs of your choice. It just seemed to not all work as one meal. I wanted a pool but may look elsewhere next time.

An oasis in the city
Great place to chill out with some of the most professional helpful staff you'll meet anywhere. Food was top notch too - it's a real gem

Hotel is a quiet oasis in a fine downtown location. Stay at Blue Lime and you'll not be dissappointed.

Thoroughly enjoyed hotel, except no elevator
Beautiful pool/dining area Well appointed room with huge balcony and many amenities Friendly/helpful reception staff
Enjoyed stay very much, however no elevator, and my room was on 3rd floor. Stairway is very steep, with narrow threads.

Oasis in Phnom Penh
The pool, the location, the staff.
The pool was wonderful! After walking around the hot, dusty and noisy city, we couldn't wait to get back to the hotel and take a dip. It was quiet and secluded and cool. We stayed there during the hottest part of the day.The staff was very polite and accomodating and the breakfast was very good; croissants and bread along with more substantial choices. There were also snacks, lunch and drinks available poolside at a reasonable price. The decor is very nice, simple and in cool colors "blue/lime!) and the room decor was very pretty and in good taste. We stayed four nights and after a bit of time I began to notice that the cabanas around the pool could use a scrubbing, and although our room was lovely, I think it could use a new coat of paint. Other than that, it was great!

A lovely hotel
I only stayed here the one night, but the place is really nice. The room I had was large, clean and bright with a private garden. Though the hotel is situated just of Street 19, which is busy and noisy, the hotel was nice and quite and lazing by the pool you could not hear any noise. Breakfast was really nice, a large basket of breads and pastries, a plate of fruits and fresh passion fruit juice were provided - even before you could order cooked breakfasts! Great coffee as well. I was able to check out and spend several hours by the pool before i needed to head to the airport. Staff are friendly and acknowledge you with a smile. Definitely a great place to stay and highly recommended (As is the sister hotel The Pavilion, which is in Street 19 - where i stayed for 2 nights when i arrived in Phnom Penh)

Hidden Paradise
Pool, Breakfast, Professionalism
From the moment you walk in you are grinning from ear to ear. You're given a 'refreshing' drink on arrival (You need to tell the guests what is in it if it in not just plain fruit juice! Both my partner and I are allergic to cucumber! And this made us incredibly unwell for the day, however it was a lovely gesture). The bedrooms and bathroom are simply stunning! The pool is cold and refreshing! All the staff were actively working, not the usual 'sitting around, looking at Facebook'. They were all so very professional and they all looked like they loved working at this hotel. The cleaners were so very friendly and during our stay they did a thorough daily clean of not only our room, but the stairs, the light fixtures, the computers, the lobby and even all the glass! Great work Blue Lime! Breakfast is to die to! Such a great selection of fresh fruit, breads and pastries, fruit juice, unlimited tea and coffee... plus your choice of yummy and delicious bacon and eggs, omelette or an Asian breakfast if that is what you feel like having. I would like to personally thank Saron for arranging a take away lunch for us to take to the airport. She went above and beyond! In fact ALL the staff went above and beyond and did not show the 'typical laid back Khmer attitude!' From front reception all the way through to the cleaners and bar staff, everyone is so very friendly and accommodating. Team meetings were held daily which was a rare sight to see. Highly recommended to everyone who wants an enjoyable and relaxing holiday! Best Hotel I have been to in Phnom Penh!
