Great view!! Discussing rooms

The view from the infinity pool..
Our stay was one to forget. After visiting this resort many times before to use the infinity pool and have lunch and thought how wonderful it was I decided to book a stay there for a wedding I was attending in uluwatu. I have never ever stayed in a resort that the rooms were as disgusting and dirty as these were.. Power points hanging out of the wall.. Dirty sheets and towels. The bathrooms and revolting. Mould, cob webs, the taps hang out of the walls, the toilet didn't flush, the water didn't go down the drain in the shower.. Hair and just dirt all over the place.. We asked to be moved room and the next one was exactly the same besides the power points not hanging out with there wires exposed. Such a shame to be honest. Il never ever visit this hotel for a stay or day visit.. Not 4star and not worth $160 a night! It's worth $30 a night ! I don't know how they can get away with having a 4 star rating and charging those prices..

Truly revolting rooms - Great location.

Location, communal pool
First room - cockroaches in bath; centipede like creature in the toilet. Cobwebs and mould like stuff all over the walls, ceiling and air-con. Toilet paper and shoes left under the beds. It looked like this place had not been cleaned in weeks or maybe months. Disgusting and unhygenic - I could not believe it. Terrible smell of sewage on the walk-ways to the rooms. Second night - the entire communal area (the only decent bit) was taken over by a wedding so could not be used - shouuld have been significantly lowered prices or partial refunds for other guests. Location (atop to Uluwatu surf point), pool area and the pool area food and drink are the hilight, and of course the location. It is terribly sad that whoever owns and runs this place have let it rot - what a waste, and how disgusting are those rooms. They should know down the roooms and start again.

Good value for money

Views, Pool and size of villa
Staff are very friendly and efficient. Got upgraded which was great. Rooms are spacious. My only 2 complaints was the amount of flies at breakfast and bathrooms need to be cleaned more efficiently. Otherwise highly recommend.

Blue point villas

Pool, free 15 minutes foot massage
I was in shock when I arrived and the price I paid for it. We stayed at one of their two storey villas. The room is massive however very old, air conditioning didn't work, no glasses for drinks aside mugs, furniture really old and even had some insects (spiders web) on the shower box. Pool is beautiful but but not much bar service there. Breakfast - would be good idea to cover the food to avoid flies. Extremely pricey for what it was. Great views.. Very very disappointed :(

Worst hotel ever

The pool, the view from the pool
The hotel room was horrible. Thick black mould all through the bathroom with a strong mouldy stench that went through both bathroom and hotel room. Paint was peeling off the walls with mould all around the room. It was the worst most unhygienic room I have ever slept and kept waking through the night due to the smell. It was due for renovation about 20 years ago and not one thing has been done to it. The front restaurant was closed and back cafe was overpriced for underwhelming food. Also no DVD player in the room and no option to hire one.

Considerate Reception

spa, scenic view of the ocean
It was very pleasant and the staff at the reception were helpful and friendly and provided an exceptional upgrade for my vacation. The olive spa is a must try experience request for the spa room downstairs with onsen.

Not value for money

1.Swimming pool. 2. Chapel
This hotel was not value for money. 1. Room was fairly old and not clean at all. I assume they don't care about deluxe room. 2. Their restaurant was on average level but there were flies everywhere. And no one cleaned the swimming pool near the restaurant which made it very unnecessary and dirty. 3.Their well-known swimming pool was good which I think many hotels had the exactly same thing. 4.The biggest bright side is their chapel. It must be breath-taking to have a wedding there. Conclusion: No good compared to other hotel in Bali.

Huge disappointment

Location only
This hotel is extremely run down and definitely not what the photo's show. It doesnt have maintenance up to date and I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Such a shame as a beautiful spot.
