Extremely poor maintainance
The hotel has strategic location just beside a beautiful beach for surfing. Nice facilities such as infinite swimming pools, sea-view restaurant, garden etc. Wide variety of breakfast too. However, the rooms are very filthy, old and poor maintained. Lotsa things are broken. The floor has a thick layer of dirt.

Extremely poor service it was a disgrace .
my room was broken into on the last night and I had to move villas to my friends at midnight . There was no apology and no help moving my heavy bag a long distance to my friends room. The pool was crowded with bus loads of tourists so we couldn't get a seat by the pool. The same with the restaurant at lunch time . The rooms were cold and run down. The air conditioner leaked and I nearly cracked my head open in the middle of the night slipping on the wet floor .

Without a car or motor, can't go far
This hotel is located at the end of the road, the best relaxing way is staying in the pool or restaurants near cliffs. Some rooms are very old and not tidy.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION
couldn't get better facilities, the front pool view is amazing you could spend all day there and the location is the best in Uluwatu. But the room was VERY standard, often dirty (found old jocks) and nasty white stains on the pillows the cleaning standard and room standard needs to change!

Disappointed
This was not our first time staying at this property ... But the place has definitely deteriorated and needs a major upgrade !! Although they did upgrade us .... It was still not a very great room ... The TV did not work right ... bathroom was not very clean. We sent a few items to their laundry and they managed to loose 3 of our items. Will not stay here again ! There are far more cleaner places and newer places in the same area at half the price !

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Blue Point Bay Villas. The view from our villa was amazing. The staff were fantastic and tended to any needs voices.

Dissapointed
We stayed in the Deluxe Garden View Room for 1 night. We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the hotel room especially the bathroom. Besides, the hotel room is run down and we encountered annoying bass noise from the cabana speakers. I would recommend this hotel to those who are interested in surfing as the surfing point is close. For those who would like to enjoy the peace and quiet, this hotel is not suitable.

Sitting in the fence
I booked this accommodation for the location and it didn't disappoint. I fear that the hotel is being let down by lack of maintainance to the rooms. They are highly outdated and being my third time in Bal I think you could get something much nicer elsewhere e.g. Legian or Seminyak for the same price per night. I will agree that the beds are rock hard even for my standards - lucky we didn't spend much time in the rooms. The aircon has left a leaky stain drip down the wall and continued to do so whilst we were there and the sliding doors didn't fully close - but this wasn't a big issue. Our bathroom was satisfactory. Quite a potent incense in their everyday, which gave me a bit of a headache and for our 3 night stay on the last day the toilet wouldn't flush. :-( Breaky is lovely as are the staff.
