Very good value for money
All the staff were very friendly. One staff member spoke very good English. Room was clean. On the day I checked out, they looked after my bags until I needed to go to the airport, allowing me to have another full day of exploration. The day trip to Mekong delta I booked through them was very good aswell.

No windows, no problem
If a shower, AC and a bed is enough for you, this hotel is a good choice! Nothing special, but a good price for such location with breakfast included

Overall Great Experience
We arrived in Saigon at around 12:00am. I thought the lobby is open 24hours only to find out that it is not. We have to knock and the staff opened the door about 15mins. The staff is not that friendly and nice. He just gave us the key and thats it. Maybe because they are not good enough speaking in English that is why they are a lil bit intimidated. and one thing, you need to leave your shoes outside the hotel.

Staff is not very nice. They cut down the electricity when we are in the room. Breakfast is bad.

Rude staff and bad amenities
The staff is not helpful and can't converse well in English making its hard for us to communicate. The elevator is too small, not recommended for claustrophobic person or fat people. Location is quite secluded where you need to go into an alley to reach the hotel. Overall, the experience is bad and we can get a better place with the same price.

Good Basic Hotel
Good hotel which would be excellent with a little more love and attention. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Cleaning wasn't brilliant with the daily cleaning consisting of swapping towels. WiFi excellent. Air con excellent. Bed OK. Furnishings needed some care (missing handle on wardrobe). Shower pressure poor.

Wouldn't really advise it
I know I can be a bit of a fuss pot whilst choosing accommodation, and having stayed in numerous hostels over the last 9 months, I've become accustomed to poor aesthetics, so the crumbling walls and old decor, I could see past. However, I was disappointed with this place. We didn't check in until late afternoon and on arrival our room had no toilet roll, and one of the towels had a blood stain on. They asked for our key for housekeeping whilst we went out, when all they did was replace the dirty towel, but didn't touch the beds or rest of the room. There is one guy who speaks English who works their during the day (thank god) because the rest of the staff really cannot speak a word of English, this meant we couldn't book tours or transport with them until the man was there; unfortunately because of the language barrier they would mess up, or forget a breakfast order, and then didn't understand when you tried to tell them they had forgotten you. We seen a cockroach in the hall, maybe this is the case for any city like this, having said that, there were lots of small ants on the dining table, some found their way onto my plate, or onto me, and that was really not nice. I didn't even bother to tell the staff as I knew they would have no idea what I was trying to stay. Also it is a little out of the backpacker area, usually I wouldn't mind the walk if i was staying somewhere of a good standard. Sorry to sound like misery but I wouldn't stay here again.
