Great staff and beach

Honest, helpful staff on a quiet end of the beach

Pretty Disappointing

The location
My partner and I stayed here for four days at the beginning of October. We chose to stay here based on the location, and it being a more quiet section of the beach. However, the stay here was extremely disappointing. First, the good: it is located at the very end of station 1 next to a rocky outcrop which makes it a very beautiful part of the beach away from the crowds further up. The staff is also quite nice and friendly. That is the extent of the good. For two of the days during our stay another hotel from the area was holding "team building" exercises on the hotel grounds (directly outside the rooms & on the beach). Waking up to a microphone and music blasting at 745am in the morning is not exactly relaxing. Having over 50 people on the beach from 730-6 completely killed the ambiance and atmosphere of the hotel and beach. We were never notified about this prior to it beginning, had we known this was happening we would have stayed somewhere else. The internet was terrible, if you need it for anything important I would look elsewhere. The food was overpriced and the included breakfast was very small. They didnt have coffee or oatmeal because they had run out, and the fresh fruit was a single banana. There is no pool, Im not sure why it is advertised as having one. The pool shown in the photo is part of the Punta Rosa (across the street away from the beach), located at the back of their hotel, completely in shade nowhere close to the beach. Overall, in what was a very special occasion for my partner and I turned into a very disappointing stay. i would recommend finding another hotel to stay at, we will not be staying here again if we return to Boracay.

Absolutely fabulous!

Staff, location, food.
I had the best time ever. The resort is located in the best spot on the Boracay beach, staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was devine and I also enjoyed every day massage there. I would recommend this resort to everyone!

Needs a new chef

Beachfront, kitchen, size of room
Arrived at 7pm, the room was not ready. We waited for 30 minutes. Dinner at their restaurant was a disaster. Waited a long time for food. The food were served one at a time. Chicken in soup was undercooked and too salty. Fish in soup has scales. The beach in this area is great. Not as crowded as in Station 2. Tricycle ride to dmall and dtalipapa is 100 pesos. The staff are pleasant. The swimming pool is just ok. Breakfast buffet is just ok. I will come back to stay but never to eat at the restaurant...unless they have a new chef.

Nov. 2014 stay

The location, friendliness of the staff, size of the room with fantastic view (double deluxe)
I stayed in room Double deluxe. The view of the beach was terrific from my room. The staff were super friendly. My shower nozzle broke during my first shower but it was repaired the same day. The bed was a foam mattress so not so super comfy for the price that was paid. Also the pillows were kind of old and lumpy and not too comfortable for the price paid. Those would be my only major complaints. The room was a good size, very clean and the location at the end of White Beach just next to the cliffs that separate Diniwid Beach was spectacular. It was more quiet, less people around on the beach and virtually no touts on the beach (only occasionally, and not aggressive at all). The restaurant was average but I usually don't eat at hotels anyhow. Although they did make good fruit shakes (with mint, herbs, etc.), double the price of shakes further in station 2, but worth having them at the hotel to enjoy the awesome solitude and scenery. The hotel keeps your valuable while you are on the beach (they provide loungers and towels). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there, and definitely recommend it based on the loacation mostly.

Very good service!!!

It was very quiet and enjoyed some privacy. They have great service in the restaurant and rooms. The only thing that i don't like is the lighting in the restroom, it was too dark.
Overall, they have great location, comfortable and clean rooms and excellent servive.
