Rather like a giant hostel

location near to airport
Very large hotel. Access to rooms can be difficult along long corridors and up and down several small flights of stairs - as the hotel targets air travelers luggage movement is a problem!Rooms quite basic though clean.

Staff unhappy
I felt like the hotel had a staff morale problems in my experience this is usually due to poor management practices and lack of staff recognition of staff by senior management. I rated the performance of the staff poorly their was a couple of exceptions in particular the young lady on the reception desk I gave her 10 out of 10 for customer service,

It was like a 1/2 way house. Refugee central.

Checking out
Could not park my van in car park due to poor light. Poor cctv. High chance of it being broken into. Parked on the main rd.

Averagely average

Price and convenient location for family visiting
Ok. In truth you get what you pay for and this "served our purpose". Weekend functions meant that the hotel was pretty full and guests on the boisterous side. Not the hotel for those looking for a quality weekend away (in our opinion).

Disgusting hotel
Very shabby room...paid for executive room and it was very basic...the bathroom was not cleaned properly and there was a dead insect in the bath on shower curtain so u flooded the bathroom when showering...supposed to have free wifi in the room and it didn't work...very poor value for money ...would not sty here again and would not recommend it

Good budget price holiday

Gym facilities, room space
About average breakfast was an ordeal had to queue for everthing and products were not replaced for the amount of people staying there in adequate seating area if having a drink

lgood shower, the breakfast sausages, staff
Hmmm. Make sure you don't stay in a wing that's near the banquet hall when there's a function on, particularly not a wedding. The noise is deafening and goes on until about 2 am at least

you get what you pay for

cheap, large carpark, near fairly good pubs
Not great. Noisy and quite hard to sleep.
