Very poor qty hotel.
The hotel is very tired and needs a lot of money spent on it. The single room was very basic with an old TV which was very fussy. The bath plug would stay down so not relaxation time. The food was very poor qty and ended up leaving the chicken burger and the breakfast the following day.

You get what you pay for. This hotel is a long way from anywhere so not recommended unless you've got a car. Good car park anyway

poor standards
the roof, the floor
We sent one of our junior mechanics here on a course. When he went to his room he found the bath room very dirty. It stayed like this for the duration of his stay . The bathroom was so dirty he didn't even leave his toothbrush in it overnight. Seeing the state of the room and bathroom he decided not to eat in the hotel under any circumstances as if the room is that bad , how bad is the kitchen. This is a 19 year old mechanic we are talking about, someone who is used to working in dirt and oil all day long so isn't particularly squeemish

Staff unhappy
I felt like the hotel had a staff morale problems in my experience this is usually due to poor management practices and lack of staff recognition of staff by senior management. I rated the performance of the staff poorly their was a couple of exceptions in particular the young lady on the reception desk I gave her 10 out of 10 for customer service,

Rather like a giant hostel
location near to airport
Very large hotel. Access to rooms can be difficult along long corridors and up and down several small flights of stairs - as the hotel targets air travelers luggage movement is a problem!Rooms quite basic though clean.

lgood shower, the breakfast sausages, staff
Hmmm. Make sure you don't stay in a wing that's near the banquet hall when there's a function on, particularly not a wedding. The noise is deafening and goes on until about 2 am at least

It was like a 1/2 way house. Refugee central.
Checking out
Could not park my van in car park due to poor light. Poor cctv. High chance of it being broken into. Parked on the main rd.
