Nice studio unit, great price, excellent location

Location, comfort, price
8.3
The Top Line is; this was a nice studio unit, at a great price in an excellent location. It’s very close to Greenbelt Malls, the Ayala Museum and lovely little Washington Sycip Park too. We walked to Yuchengco Museum also, that is a bit further, but an easy walk with clean, well-lit underground walkways under busy the busy streets, no dodging traffic here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The unit was nicely furnished, with a comfortable bed. The kitchentte had a ref, an electric kettle and a microwave oven, but only a bare minimum of plates, glasses, etc. There was an electric hotplate too but no pots or pans. However, if one was going to stay for a while, it might be worth picking up some cheap cookware. The TV was old CRT type but decent with a fair selection of cable channels. There was a table with 4 chairs, a sofa and coffee table, a little desk and chair, what more do you want? A few minor complaints; the vertical blinds were old and starting to fall apart and don’t operate properly. Somebody soon will have them in pieces, and probably blamed for damage. You might want to make note of that with the staff when you check in. The shower was certainly warm enough to be comfortable, but I wouldn’t call it hot. One thing I didn’t like was the Air Con was too close to the bed. I put a chair in front of the A/C, and a towel over the chair to deflect the cold air. That worked fine. We cancelled the miserable free breakfast after the first day and ate yummy waffles at the nearby Pancake House instead. We stayed in unit 1003, I understand each unit is different, so that may explain some of the less enthusiastic reviews but… Bottom Line is; I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Creepy room and shocking hotel policy
2.3
nothing best on this hotel, I have a worst experiences. I stayed the horrible room i ever had. Room is dark and smelly. All furnitures are old, bed footboard are damaged, sofas looks so dirty, aircondition wall frames are breakdown and window blinds are not functioning. I requested to transfer other room, receptionist desk told me no available room but I felt I was cheated. And I was shocked with their new hotel policy such as visitors visiting hours until 10pm only, no noise allow bcoz unit owner might complain, car parking have 150 pesos charge and local call have charges of 15 pesos. My friends told me that better to stay in the hospital atleast visiting hours until 12 midnight, car parking free and local calls are free. This hotel/condominium is not qualified for 3 star hotel. Staff are not friendly, unhelpful and hotel management are not care about the safety of their guest bcoz they don't bother to check the condition of room.

Booked at the Suites, when they found out that I needed another room because the bed was broken, they were very accommodating by putting me in the BSA Tower. They even moved all my luggage to the other building. Everything was fine, but cost compared to other hotels is high.

Value for money Basic amenities and services

location, spacious rooms, no fuss check in/out
6.7
it is located within the business and shopping district in makati which makes its location reason enough to check in here. Wifi is available but limited to one user. Looks old and dated but rooms are spacious. No restaurant, breakfast is brought to your room. Very basic though but no complaints as i got the room for a discounted price

served a purpose

Close to greenbelt, close to where brother lived ( in same building) and checking out
5.3
The room was ok but nothing great, the breakfast turned up cold and the microwave provided in the room had a plug that did not fit the wall. Anyway only stayed there to catch up with my brother who was staying in that building for free from his work company...would not recommend this place for any length of stay or make ur holiday choice....it was for convenience only

Great location for the budget

Location, price, space

The hotel was a very affordable room with decet features at a good location. Included breakfast was delivered at a time of your choice between 6-10, neighboring hotels are typically twice the price. It's in the middle of Makati and not far from major shopping areas such as Greenbelt, Glorietta, and Landmark. The space given for the price I paid was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Makati without spending too much on hotel stays. Safety was well taken care of as well. All guests are required to check in at the front desk usually with an ID.
