Review No.7
Bungalow 7 was the perfect location for our visit on Nusa Lembongan, 50m walk from where the fast ferry drops you off. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had a strong sewer smelling odour from our bathroom, not sure what it was, and the wifi is non-existent in the rooms.

Great location and friendly staff
Right on the beach, close to all the ferries, staff were very nice and the pool was good too. Would stay here again

Great location and service
We love staying here, we have looked at stating at other places but always come back to bungalow 7. Rooms are SIMPLE but clean with aircon. Cold water showers were all we needed, didnt miss hot water. The restaurant serves consistent fresh food. We ate mostly onsite but plenty of options around. Breakfast was good, enjoyed the veg omlete and banana pancake. Very relaxed feel and staff so friendly. Pool was clean and great spot to watch the sun set but we swam mostly in the ocean out the front. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended for the rest of the week.

Very poor customer service
Driver 087803736444 Yogyakarta We pre paid so were stuck. No hot water even though they say there was and they just pretended to try and fix it. This went on for 4 days, every day saying they would fix it. Dirty sheets, towels were thread bare and fraying. They didn't service rooms or replace towels during our whole stay. No towels for the pool, were told to use bath towels. Very bad service. Breakfast was suppose to start at 7. No one turned up until 7.30 and we had arranged a trip so had to rush. Door very unsecured, even when locked door would open about 20 cms and mosquitoes get in room. All they were interested in was to try and sell snorkel trips and they did this often. They were charging 200,000 while if you paid the boat it was only 135,000. Charged Double the going rate for boat to Sanur.Just one big rip off. Don't be fooled by photos. There are many other much much cheaper and way better hotels in much better location. This hotel is a long walk to any good restaurant. The motorbike they hire out had no license plate or mirrors. Breakfast very poor. Only one choice eggs or toast not both. Wifi very poor. After the 4 th day of no hot water I requested a new room. This room was much better enough though we had paid for a deluxe room.

Walk out your door and into the water
Fantastic pool, ask for an ocean view and you might get lucky, I did. My balcony looked out over the bay, so lovely. Fantastic sunsets right from the hotel. I had my own snorkeling gear so just walked downstairs and straight into the water. Okay so not the best snorkeling location and you have to constantly watch for boats but I did see heaps of juvenile fish. Other people were surfing and SUP. The little infinity pool was lovely, the staff friendly enough and the breakfast okay. The waterfront restaurant is not bad either. Nice atmosphere with the coloured lights under big pandanus and almond trees and the water right there. You can book snorkeling trips from the hotel and there's a dive shop right there, they pick you up right at the steps out front. The wifi worked okay and the air cond was great. Towels in the rooms, no hot water or toiletries but that's no big deal. Planned to stay 2 nights and stayed 5. I walked to.mushroom point and snorkeled out from shore to where all the boats were. Was fantastic.

Good for the money
very large bathroom, close to beach, nice staff
It is right on the beach, although the beach is not nice for swimming. This is where the boats come in from Sanur and many smaller boats for snorkeling trips are there. It has a decent pool although a little small. The bathroom is enormous but could use some ventilation and towel racks/hooks. The free breakfast was ok but you have to eat before 10 am which was a little early for me on some days. The staff was nice although a little pushy about selling a snorkeling trip from the moment I showed up. The room door is not very secure and there is no safe inside, so you might not want to bring any valuables. Mostly young backpacker crowd, and young staff too, maybe early 20's, but there are nice and happy to help. The restaurant there has lower prices than most of the other restaurants nearby.
